As a new patient at this practice, I was very impressed with the care I received. The office staff is friendly and very patient focused. The hygienist who provided my care was excellent. She explained every aspect of the process involved in being a new patient and completed all my care with great expertise.(Pam) When I left the office after my appointment, I knew that joining Lakeview Family Dentists practice would allow me to continue to receive excellent dental care.

After working my way through the many dentist offices of Dracut, I have finally found a great location to help me with my dental needs. Great staff up front and my appointment was quick and painless! Got a free mug too! Hope they figure out the parking lot and multiple entrances issue but it was my first time and I didn’t know where to go.

Give them 0 stars but u have to choose one star to post dr nick is gone we miss him and know the new owners is all about the old mighty dollar no patient empathy been a patient there for over 45 years all of the original staff get 10 stars new staff good luck with that to bad its that way maybe they'll learn what family really means to a business

I highly recommend Lakeview Dentists. I have been seeing their hygienist Pam for several years. She is awesome. Pam is professional and does an excellent job. She is very thorough. She knows I have a problem when I get x-rays so she gave me a suggestion that makes it easier. She is such a caring, thoughtful woman. Dr. Coppola is my dentist. He is very good and takes time to listen to any issues I have. He also is very thorough. The front end staff are very good. They try to accommodate your schedule for appointments. They are professional. They also tell you the cost of procedures and work with you for payment. I don't know how to spell her name but Fotine has been with the former Dentist Dr. Papas for many years. She is very knowledgeable and is professional. She is friendly and always greets patients when they come into the office and makes sure to say goodbye when they leave.

Just had my first visit at Lakview Family Dentists today. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve had my former dentist for 15 years. I fell instantly “in love” with the office. Scheduling was a piece of cake, Pam did X-rays and put me right at ease. Dr Coppola was reassuring and easy to talk to. The technology that had was also amazing!

From the first visit I had with Lakeview Family Dentists, after having a few experiences elsewhere that left me feeling bad and then not going for routine care for too long, my expectations have always been exceeded. Every staff member is so welcoming, informative and kind. I am always prepared for my visits and any recommendations for care. They go above and beyond. I feel I am in good hands. So much so, that I recently took my 3 year old son for his first visit. Kerry was fantastic - she truly molded his first impression of the dentist visit experience and he can’t wait to go back for his next cleaning! I am so grateful!
