Marlborough Dentist - Union Dental - MA

I always come here for my cleaning, and the staff, everyone their is very friendly and outgoing people. It finally came the time for me to schedule my wisdom teeth extraction, which I did not even feel comfortable at all to do. Not even the thoughts of it. I had even canceled my appointment for my wisdom tooth because of how nervous I was haha. But the staff were so friendly and encouraging, and kept insisting that i would be fine, that it wasn’t as bad as I kept thinking. They had even said some of the staff members had got their own wisdom teeth out at their very office and it wasn’t bad at all. Then I finally made the decision reschedule. Im not easy when It comes to mouth operations. When I finally got there, a worker by the name of Juna kept encouraging me that it would be fine which encouraged me. So when I was called, I sat on the chair and the doctor explained everything to me, his plan and with the picture of my X-ray of where my wisdom teeth were which made me feel more comfortable due to how confident they interacted with me. Fast forward, the operation went great. I was actually amazed how i didn’t feel any pain. Only one part hurt a little but that was because of how close to the nerve that tooth was. Other than that, all four teeth out. They took real good care of me. I got home and it only took 2 hours that I was able to feel completely normal. After the numbness of my lips had passed, I now feel completely normal. I was so hesitant so many times before going, but I don’t regret not going! I feel great! Thank you guys!!! 5 star! I recommend this place for sure!!!

This is the best dentist office I have been to in so long...they are friendly, gentle, patient and amazing at their job....I couldn't be happier with my visits! mass health has very limited options for dentists so I just stopped going for a while because I didn't like the only place I could find near me...a friend recommended union dental to me and I couldn't be happier! I can confidently smile again! and my anxiety about going to the dentist has gone drastically since starting here....highly recommended!

***Also the dental hygienist-Nicole is absolutely fantastic! she is super friendly, caring and understanding....also gave great tips and did just the best job on my cleaning....even got stains out of my teeth! if you are at all nervous...ask for her and she will put you right at ease!

Terrible! I should have left when I heard patients yelling in pain prior to my appointment but I figured they could be overreacting. They didn’t wait for the novocain to set in and pulled 2 teeth immediately after so I felt everything and had both teeth out in around 20 mins or less I have never experienced such pain. Unprofessional and worst pain of my life. My body was in shock and my I was sweating and my legs and body were shaking afterwards. I trusted them with my PTSD of dentists and they betrayed that trust with ignorance and aggression. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I will warn people of this terrible place.

I am giving this place two starts only because the doctor and dental hygienist are good professionals. The reception at this office is terrible. I used to the a patient and I switched because they would constantly call me to switch my appointment and then when I would show up at the new time they would tell me I was there at the wrong time. I kept my son here because he liked the dental hygienist but today when “Amanda” called to confirm the appointment I asked if she had anything later and she said yes. I said okay switch it for me and if I need to reschedule I will call back. Then I get a call confirming his appointment again for the original time it was scheduled for and so I said you know what I might take him to another place because this is so unorganized. So Amanda hung up on my face. So yes the doctors are good, but you have to go through these receptionist first.

I recently moved to Marlborough and was searching for a routine dental checkup place. Union dental has extremely friendly staff and Sue took care of me. My gums were extremely susceptible to bleeding because of my bad habit of aggressive brushing and she explained thoroughly each and every step. I will be be using her method of brushing and hopefully will prevent the amount of plague buildup in the future

Professional, friendly, young team, clean environment. I enjoy going there for my teeth issues. I go to Dr. Multani, she carefully examine and recommend what needed to get done. This place is highly recommended, in my opinion.

Sue is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had! She has a very gentle touch and knows how to put a patient at ease. Totally superb!!

I have been going here for over a decade and Sue has always provided me impeccable cleanings time and time again. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my dental needs as they have always been accommodating and professional.

The staff and receptionists at union park dental are awesome, they make you feel right st home from the time you come in to the time you leave . And they have Beautful woman working for them. Both in personality and physically. Definitely worth coming to visit.

They’re unprofessional. I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth removed ASAP since they’re getting worse && worse . They called and rescheduled my appointment more than once. When I was on the phone I gave her my info && was reassured that the procedure was going to happen at that scheduled appointment since I live an hour away I have asked more than once. I can’t afford to lose time of off work as well. I have brought everything with me, my x-ray, my insurance letter that has stated that they would cover everything. I come in the staff doesn’t take down any of my info. The doctor didn’t wash his hand nor wear gloves. They checked my teeth and told me to come in 3 weeks ! When I need them done asap(from what my dentist has told me) which I won’t. The place is dirty unprofessional && over all disgusting. Never again, don’t reccomned what so ever !
