Update: I went to get a second option after my dental said I needed a deep cleaning and have bone loss. I have no bone loss and no gum disease so this office absolutely a whole scam.
I am normally someone who enjoys going to the dentist. However, my experience at My Dental was absolutely awful. First of all there was absolutely no introduction or bedside manner from the assistant or dentist. They boarded on rude. In the middle of "cleaning" my teeth the dentist mentioned she asked my insurance for authorization for a deep cleaning. She did not explain to me what that was, why I would need one, or if I was willing to get one with her. Hearing something may be wrong with my teeth was odd because I have never even had a cavity before and take impeccably good care of my teeth. I also am late for a dentist appointment due to covid, but by less than a year, so I find it difficult to believe my teeth deteriorated that much in such a short time. The dentist did not even bother to do a full cleaning, but absolutely billed my insurance for one. Usually I would not leave a negative review, however they specifically requested I leave them a review.
I am pretty sure this office is a scam and will be seeking a second opinion, I recommend you to the same.

GET A SECOND OPINION. I went to this dentist for about a year and every time I went in I had a new issue, 7 cavities, deep cleaning etc. I let them do what they said I needed trusting them doctor, however in Hindsight the 7 cavities in my first visit should have been a big red flag, considering I only ever had one cavity my whole life before this. My most recent visit they said they found 4 new cavities. When I asked how this is possible consider I brush and floss everyday they couldn’t explain. I went to another doctor in the area who let me know my teeth looked great and I had NO cavities. I would no go here unless you plan on getting a second opinion after. The doctor here was very nice, but personality does not make up for doing work that isn’t needed and damaging the integrity of my teeth. I have informed my insurance company.

I just started coming to this office late last year. The office is very clean and the staff are very welcoming. The dentist was very helpful and answered all my questions, I had a good experience. I also started bringing my children here as well. They are also very good with children. I definitely recommend them.

The dentist, Dr Uppu was very kind and friendly, she did an excellent job. She explained thoroughly to me what procedure she was going to do and why it was important.
The staff were amazing as well, they welcomed me and made me feel comfortable before I went in for my procedure.
Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this dentistry.

My boyfriend got a lot of complicated dental work done here, and I get all my cleanings done here. We have always been very pleased with the service, the staff, and the price. The doctor was very patient and kind with his complicated dental work and truly worked with us on the price by allowing us to do the work in four different visits to break up the cost. Very impressed and would highly recommend!
