All Dental Center

Hadn't been to a dentist in years. Was pretty nervous going to another one after having a bad experience in the past at another establishment. Wow, so glad I found All Dental Center in Watertown! Bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. Everybody here is super professional at what they do. This place is ultra clean and well run for sure. The dental hygienist Zina rocks. So friendly and knowledgeable of her craft. Highly recommend this place for all your dental needs!

I want to express my gratitude to your office for the sensitive attitude towards me and my son. We, as refugees from Ukraine, were very pleased with such attentive and high-quality service. Thank you for your attention to the problems of our teeth, this is a high level of professionalism.

Whatever you do, do not come here. The gentleman at the front desk Vitaly is awful. They will overcharge you for services not rendered, he will be rude to you when you ask to understand what’s going on with your bill. This place is incredibly unprofessional. The female staff is lovely, the hygienists and her team are great, that’s about the only thing this place has going for it. The way their office manager treats people you would think he still thinks he’s in Russia and can be rude to customers. NEVER going back there and I suggest you stay away.

I just called the office to schedule an initial consultation for my mom. A person, who picked up the phone, a male, was very rude. He would not want to make an appointment with my mom unless I tell him what exactly my mom needs to be done. Well, we wanted to talk to a dentist so a dentist decides what is needed. My mom recently lost some of her teeth and there are many things which could be done: implants, bridges, etc. Another dental clinic recommended this office. Luckily, there were other three phone numbers provided and one of them already signed my mom for the next week. Anyhow, the way the front desk from All Dental talked was very unprofessional.

Vitaly is so rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people especially senior citizens it’s disgusting. He needs to respect women . Then I asked the receptionist for his name and she gave me the wrong name . Then the way he brushed this lady off with his hands was horrible . He needs some life taught lesson because he has none, he suppose to be office manager he needs to greet people appropriately not Rude. I was talking to the receptionist and he cuts her off and I said wait till she done talking , my mom enjoys going there for Dr. Oslov because he is awesome but she doesn’t want to go anymore because of this so called office manager Vitaly . Zina is great person too but something needs to be said to this man the way he treats people especially women , unexceptable . If he is office manager he needs to be and stay in that position and be respectful to the public that’s making his business run. He shouldn’t be taking exrays and trying to to the dentist job even the lady said it he shouldn’t be doing this he needs to do his office work as a manager . So disappointed

This spot is so great! I was laughing so hard at Zina during my x-rays I could barely hold the bite! She was professional and kind, seeming to notice my anxiety about the dentist. She was knowledgable and gentle, giving instructions for care after the cleaning and what dental products would work best.

I am in my 60s and have been to different hygienists in my life. Zina is by a long stretch the best I’ve seen. Incredibly thorough, personable, and the epitome of a true professional who loves her job and cares for her patients. Highly, highly recommend.

After having not been to the dentist in a while I had a lot of nerves. Zina took the best care of me, making sure I was comfortable, explaining everything to me and making the experience as enjoyable as possible. The entire staff is very accommodating and explain all charges and insurance information clearly. I would recommend this practice to everyone!

I cannot say more great things about this practice. Starting with the most accommodating, professional front desk manager who goes above and beyond for the patients, wonderful friendly staff who make you feel at home and, of course, a very special mention has to go to hgenist Zina. You won’t find a more dedicated, skillful, talented, thorough and personable hygenist in Massachusetts, period. My deepest thanks and highest praises to All Dental.
