Friendly environment, the hygienist named Nicole was amazing! She educated me on what excatly was going on with my teeth an how to better my oral hygiene in great details. She also warned me ahead of time that I would feel a slight discomfort in certain area's while performing my dental cleaning. She's truly the best 💜

The experience was a series of disappointments. I show early enough to get in my X-ray and cleaning done only to discover I was never entered in for an appointment. Maria the receptionist was able to squeeze in something for same day, which turned out to be a regrettable decision. Monique was my fine assistant, helpful and of good spirit. Doctor Victor Alarcón on the other hand was Mr Magoo with a mask. He came in assuming I spoke Spanish. Rapid fire speech ensued with a myopic focus on a particular tooth. The entire dentition was practically ignored from discussion! I was expecting a thorough examination and breakdown of the results but he just with a quick glance decided on root canal. It was all done so breathtakingly fast that my head is still spinning. The same can be said about the cleaning. He was in and out like a cold shower. It wouldn’t have hurt so much if insurance covered the cost but sadly I paid out of pocket. God strike me for my stupidity. The only bright spot were the ladies in the office. They have to contend with the quackery.

They made me laugh during a root canal, and they do beautiful work. I went in with a bad attitude and left smiling (well the part of my face that could lol). They were also great my appointment before watching my 14 month old while I got examined. They’re so kind

I was not convinced or satisfied for not letting me know my estimate how much is going to cost me before sending my case to insurance. Why? And secondly I was told I can't do my cleaning that day. That too I was not convinced. The Doctor said I have to book for another time. For just cleaning. Coming there twice.? So there was not cleaning that day?The only service I was rendered was x'ray for the whole time I was there waiting. If there is no cleaning staffs on particular days please I suggest clients should know in advance or cancel the appointments rather to come there and you will be disappointed. I suggest clients should know their estimate at the facility not from the insurance. Hope you will agree with me with my comments and suggestions. Thank you.

HORRIBLE & HORRIFYING practice. The dentist couldn’t pull my molar even AFTER sectioning it. I was in pain the entire time and the dentist blamed ME for feeling pain. I went over to Robert McCarthys Dentistry instead and it was quick, easy and painless. This practice is a joke.

I love this office! I’m from Worcester, but live in Colorado. I was visiting family, broke a tooth, found this office, they take my insurance, etc. When I arrived, Amy and the beautiful lady who helped me with the paperwork, sorry I missed your name, got me all settled, made me laugh and Liz, in the back were all wonderful!!! The doctor was kind, professional and made me feel comfortable right away. I now know if I’m visiting family again and something like this happens again, I’m calling My Dentist in Worcester on Front Street!!!

Very professional and efficient! I was scheduled for 10:45am for a tooth filling change and was out the door by 11:45! And the procedure itself qas not bad at all, pain-wise. Thankful for the staff who take time to explain every step of what they are doing which made me feel much more at ease.
