I called five minutes ago to schedule appointments for me and my wife.
Was asked if I was a paitent. Told her no , she asked what insurance we had? When I told her we were on Medicaid she responded very quickly before I could even get the words out of my mouth.. very sternly as to cut me off from my sentence " NO THAT DOESNT WORK HERE?". Very rude in way to say because we have Medicaid we are less of people because we don't have expensive insurance. Do not recommend that anyone support a company that would train for the phone to be manned in a unprofessional maner. Think? Do you really want someone who treats people like this to poke you and pull teeth? No one told this dentist office to opperate they do it because there supposed to be here to help people not only for the money but, this is not the case today in our society. Human lives matter. Hire people in position that have passion for there job. Not just a pay check.
