This dentist office has the best of the best office people, hygienists, and dentists in Caledonia. Dr Thom and his wife are both seasoned dentists with kind hands, great advice and friendly manner. My kids, family and I been using them for many years and they have felt like family. They ways make you feel welcome, everyone has a ready smile. They've been kind enough to work with me through trying financial times on occasion as well. I recommend no other dental office! Thank you for all the great service to me and my family over the years!

Just overall incredible people. I have hated my teeth and been embarrassed by them for as long as I can remember. Every visit to the dentist growing up was filled with anxiety and dread and fear. Dr Tom and Dr Effie are both awesome dentists that never make you feel like they’re dictating your needs but rather working together. Never felt any kind of judgement. I have been seeing Dr Tom Grias for many years. Even after moving to Lowell, I still make the trip to Caledonia. He is the best dentist I have ever had. He is genuine and down to earth. I also adore his hygienist, Jenae. She is so thorough and my teeth feel wonderful after leaving the office. I can't say enough about this place. Wonderful doc and staff!

The staff at West Michigan Dental are absolutely amazing. I always feel welcomed and cared for when I go there. I know times have been especially tough with the epidemic but I appreciate everything this office does and continues to do. They are very professional but they also take the time to get to know you. The staff truly listens to every concern and story; they even remember the smallest of details. I have been going to this office the majority of my life and no matter where I move to, I will always make the drive because it is so worth it.

It was a warm, friendly atmosphere yet felt professional. It sounds odd but I did enjoy my appointment. I felt like the staff and Dr. Effie were partnering with me, not dictating but giving me plenty of information; explaining the why’s and what for’s regarding some of the things they were asking me to do or some of the procedures they were asking me to consider. I am grateful that I have found this practice.
