Wonderful experience lately with West Michigan dental. Excellent follow up and replacement of my number four crown.
Also, kudos to Karen for an excellent cleaning experience. She even got rid of all my coffee stains. My teeth look beautiful😃

Today Dr. Tom replaced an upper crown due to a cavity under it. I mentioned a small chip on my front tooth, asking if it could be smoothed a bit. Looking at it, he said it needed filling in and he added the time to do that for me. He, Dr.. Effie and staff always fill.me in on all details of the work going on, costs, time estimates. Their work is gentle, they are friendly, don't rush clients. Their communication is the best, offices are very nice and views from the chairs are beautiful and relaxing. I recommend Dr's. Grias for all these reasons.

I have always been very anxious in dentist offices. I finally got brave enough to go see this dentist. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so very nice. They all smiled and greeted me. Both Dentist were really caring and wanted to make sure I felt no pain. Every staff I met was just as caring and helpful. I no longer need any anxiety medication before I go. I can't say enough good things about this office. I hesitate even giving an honest review. If everyone knows how good this office is, EVERYONE would change and go there.

We are very glad we found the Dr. Grias's place. They have a nice, comfortable environment, a friendly and helpful staff, and excellent service. Every time I've been there I've felt welcome and cared for. The best part is that Dr. Tom takes the time to talk to me about what he's doing and why, helping me understand and learn more about my dental health without talking down to me or being condescending. Maybe I've just had some bad dentists in the past, but that alone is very much appreciated!
Now I have to say that these doctors are a little more expensive than some insurances allow for, but the extra cash has been well worth their expertise! I've been in for multiple cavities and they've done a great job with each.

Today was my 6-month checkup. I love this office and everyone that works there. Even though I no longer carry the right insurance for this office, I will never leave them. I totally love Dr. Grias & his team!

Best dental office ever!! The staff is amazing and the Doctors really care about you and your teeth. They go above and beyond to make the clients feel comfortable. This is why I drive 45 minutes to this dentist and will continue doing so. Both of my children go here as well. One of my kids at the age of 12 has not had one cavity but the other child has had 2 or 3 of them. I was talking with his yesterday and he didn't even realize they give him a shot to fill the cavities! Above and beyond dental office!!

First, let me start off by saying the staff members are the nicest and most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting with. They take the time to be invested in their patients livelihood while putting in the quality and care you'd expect from a dental office. I would have loved to give this review a 5/5, but I simply couldn't due to the people responsible for handling insurance. I have been having issues with Delta insurance and WMDP staying on the same page, and that's to be expected in most insurance situations... but that isn't the problem. They are, in the simplest of terms, rude. I have had the absolute pleasure of seeing both of the people in charge of insurance and I can say that they are both at fault. I hope that in the future there is either a change of heart or a change in employees. Great dentist though! :D
