Contemporary Dentistry - Canton

I co-own a healthcare facility myself and let me tell you this is NOT a patient driven practice. They have a nice facility to create a fake facade. It’s clear their motivation is sales and money. I would assume a majority of their recommendations are exaggerations and unethical. Based on other reviews I’m not the only one.

I had a poor experience here three times in a row. I continued to go because it’s located less than a mile from our house.

On the first visit I was there for 1.5 hours without receiving a cleaning with no warning this would occur. They tried selling Invisalign, sleep studies, and told me I had 5 cavities when I’ve never been told this and receive dental treatment regularly.

I went a second time thinking it was the particular dental hygienist I was originally with. This time they were perfectly nice acted like everything was fine until I was at the counter checking out and all of a sudden I had 4 more cavities.

I scheduled an appointment to have one side worked on which I’m very skeptical was even needed but would prefer to be safe. The hygienist tries putting 3 shots in my mouth without numbing and as I vocalize im in pain she yells at me “OKAY OKAY I’ll have the dentist do it.” As if I’m overreacting that she has a needle in my mouth I can fully feel.

I wake up the next morning and my teeth are cutting into the side of my cheek so I call to have it looked at. I’m told I can come that day at 2 which is only 2 hours away in the middle of the work day and when I state it’s not a possibility they are so incredibly rude as if I’ve inconvenienced them and want me to wait a week. I let them know I have full availability the next three days and can see any dentist and they state they will not allow me to see anyone else. So I would be forced to sit in pain for a week but it’s my fault because I can’t drop what I’m doing at the exact moment.

I contacted my old dentist and will be seeing them first thing tomorrow. This place is a scam. Do not let the fancy furniture and TVs fool you. They are not a caring facility.

Outstanding work!The Removed all my old gray filling and now i have composite filling that match the color of my teeth to give them the more natural look you can't even tell I hav fillings. I love the Doctors, Team, And the office. They always explain everything to me in detail. It's not just you ordinary dentist office they go above and beyond to teach you about the oral systemic link. Now I am in the process of getting my Invisalign (invisible braces) done.

I have been one of their patients for about 4 years. However, today was my first time meeting Dr. Bazzi. He is a very respectful and professional dentist who is an expert in his field! I felt so comfortable when he was explaining my potential treatment plan. He addressed all of my questions thoroughly. At the end, Dr. Bazzi is one of a kind doctor as he was able to win my trust in no time!! Not to forget the welcoming staff!!

I can’t wait to begin my treatment plan to replace my loose crown and the leftover of my tooth!!

I love Contemporary Dentistry! Everyone is so friendly and they do such a great job. I’ve had lots of work done and was terrified of dentists until I went there. Now I have no problem.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Relaxing waiting room, state-of-the-art technology, and a knowledgeable, caring staff. My hygienist, Emily, was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. I've found my new dentist office!

This place is so dishonest and scams everyone that walks through their doors. They prey on the vulnerable and young i was told i had 15 cavities and i was so young i didn’t understand that they were preforming uanessacry procedures to bill my insurance i truly hope this place gets shut down. The quality of work is also very poor and you leave and you have to return the next day to correct work that leaves you in so much pain they don’t care about their patients they only care about money and they always try to upswell you before leaving. SHAME ON YOU RIMA!!!!
