Megan was awesome! Loved talking about hockey too! Fast quick and very nice. Hard to believe I got X-rays, teeth cleaning and examination all under an hr, the way it should be thanks:)!

Very disappointed in wait times. Last appointment I waited on my car for 40 minutes, then sit in room for 30 minutes before Dr came in. Had first appt of the day today. Called me to come in 15 minutes after schedule appt. Great work but not good at being on time.

It's sad I have to give 1 star to such a cool guy. I went in there for a broken tooth a while ago. I have great dental insurance, however they could not get it to come up. Anyway, they sat me in a chair, looked inside my mouth. Told me I needed a root canal and sent me on my way. I received a bill a while after, for about $120. Had both me and my mother call them and have them process my dental insurance, they still could do no such thing. Now I have it in collection because I'm not going to pay 170 for a service that was not done, not to mention I was in and out within 10 mins. I understand time is money but 120 for literally nothing is outrageous, especially when I should be paying a max co-pay of $20. He's a nice guy and his staff is nice as well, it just sucks I got stuck with a bill for nothing

The staff are friendly and efficient. I've been searching my whole life to find a dentist that is genuine and this is the perfect place for myself and my family. Highly recommend.

For me Aragona Dentistry was Godsent. I hadn't visited a Dentist in over five years when I developed an abscess and desperately needed medical attention. My Doctor at Aragona was very experienced, compassionate and considerate along with the entire wonderful staff. I no longer fear the Dentist and strongly recommend Aragona Dentistry.

It's a nice office. Their quick with their services. Open 7 days a week, late hours. However, having a assembly line background. That's what my visit reminded me of. I am returning, that's what it felt like though. Something was missing, the inviting friendly welcome feeling was missing. They were nice but it was diffrent. The he offers of other non dental services might of been it. 🤔🤔🤔

I am a new patient and i cant complain about the service. Everyone was nice. The only thing i would complain about would be the wait for my scheduled cleaning. I got there 15 min early so i could fill out my paperwork but i still wasn't seen until more like 6:20pm apt was at 6pm. Its close and convenient.

Less than a 1 Star. From the time I walked in the door. Whoever I made the appointment with did not inform me that my sons insurance was not on file from his previous visit. I drove 45 minuets to the office for the Receptionist to tell me that they wouldn’t see me because we didn’t bring our insurance cards. Which is something they could have told me over the phone. After I finally got her to realize that no one informed me that his insurance wasn’t on file I literally sat in the waiting room for 49 minuets before I was brought back. I asked the receptionist why we were waiting so long and her only response was “things happen” she then told me that there was no one I could talk to other than her and that my wait would be another 30 minuets. Luckily she was wrong, but at this point I was on FIRE! As I was about to walk out of the door after a hour wait,my son was called back. We then waited about 5 minuets to see Dr. West who was extremely pleasant and super apologetic. I’m gonna have to say my experience here was VERY BELOW AVERAGE. Not to mention that on my sons previous visit him and his dad waited a hour to be seen. I thought that maybe they were just running behind. I was surly mistaken as this seems to be their theme.

Absolutely love them my son has been a client since he was 2 and now is 7 and have had nothing but great staff and always positive spirits. Very kid friendly my twin daughters just started there. Clean great environment
