I had a wonderful experience at this place if dentistry...very friendly, knowledgable and diverse staff. Helped ease my fear of the dentist. The staff is wonderful and humanitarian. I am very comfortable going to this dentistry- I even recommended a frei d who needs dental work

Staff was friendly. My appt was for 4:30 i didn't get called back to the dentist area until 5:45. They did exrays and i have an infection in my molar, they suggested a root canal or extraction. I know from experience you cant extract a tooth that is infected. Then they tell me they dont accept my insurance!! Thanks for wasting my time.

I trusted this facility with my dental care for several years, but regrettably will not be returning. The kind dental assistants and hygienist were all that kept me coming back, but the negatives now outweigh the positives for me and my husband at this office...

Due to a mistake made by Aragona's office last year, I was issued a check by my insurance company rather than it being sent to their office directly, as what should have happened. That was a year ago during a very life-changing time for us... I must've cashed the check just assuming my insurance company knew what they were doing and that I must've somehow overpaid.

Cindy the biller is rude and aggressive. It took a year for her to follow up with me for payment on that simple cleaning/x-ray visit, and when I understandably wanted an explanation (as the bill was very confusing... wrong name/date/insurance info) she began speaking to me in a belittling manner. She explained the bill in a more complex way than was necessary, and made me feel like she thought I was trying to evade payment, accusing me of cashing a check I'd never connected to my cleaning/x-ray in the first place. Nevertheless, I dug through my filing box, found my old insurance info, contacted them for an Explanation of Benefits from that visit, and got back with Aragona's office to pay my bill like the responsible adult I am.

But there's more to it... when I asked to use the credit that was on my and my husband's account towards my bill, I was told it had already been used... without our knowledge and for a visit that was implied to have been free, as it was a return visit for tooth sensitivity that was the fault of a poorly done filling he'd had there, and which was further aggravated by his recent cleaning.

When my husband called to ask why his insurance was being billed for what was supposed to have been a free visit (and why our account credit was used without his consent), Cindy rudely asked, "It took you three months [after the filling] to realize your tooth hurt?" Umm?

The answer is no. That filling had actually brought him back a handful of times for adjustment at the suggestion of the DOCTOR, and was recently aggravated by a cleaning. It's no business of Cindy's to be speaking to us in a belittling way, let alone to be billing us or our insurance without our knowledge. Poor business practice.

My advice is that you get more with honey than vinegar, and that transparency goes a long way. There are dozens of dental practices near us and competition is high. We'll gladly entrust our teeth (and money) with another practice.

I don’t understand the purpose of an appointment here. The appointment was preset for 11:30 AM on Saturday. We arrived at 11:15. We were NOT called back into the exam room, until 1:30 PM. My children have been coming here since they were small, since that time the original doctor and owner has “semi retired”. There is a new staff of unknown doctors & rarely do you see the same doctor twice.

An emotional day for me today, & adding to my fire, was a 3-tooth bridge that fell out, & hearing I would need a new bridge, a mouth guard & a new crown to save what I have left of a messed up mouth. The girls & Dr. Kor understood my emotions & were very comforting. They gave me a few moments to collect myself & got busy to get me back on the road in time for work. The quick fix was xrays, re-cement the bridge for the time being, & impressions for the new guard. I couldn't ask for kinder ladies. Looks like we are going to be seeing a lot of each other in the upcoming weeks. Thank you for making time for me today, you are truly valued as 100% great customer service, now if only I could win the lottery to help pay for my mouth of disasters!

I thought that they were very professional, very detailed, very friendly and they made me feel very comfortable. I also appreciated how they took time to give me a thorough examination and provide me with a clear concise detailed description of what was wrong and what I would need to do to correct it.
