Quite the scam artists with finance charges and mysterious billing amounts. Have paid a bill in full plus finance charges and now they somehow found more finance charges to bill me for. I asked for an itemized statement and have not received one and yet they still bill me....for something......so be careful when doing business with these crooks or better yet hire your attorney before being seen by the dentist. When you sign the paper giving permission for the dentist to treat you, you are actually signing a financial contract stating they can bill you any price for anything and unless you make a financial arrangement in writing before being treated. Don't be fooled, there are laws that expose this kind of fraud, just be aware. By the way, the law requires that they give you a copy of exactly what you signed. Not just a statement of services at the time of your appointments. A statement of services does not cover itemized billing charges and extra fees for ....stuff....that appears out of ...Lindsey's brain months after the bill is paid.

The dentist and hygienists are amazing, but the office staff is sketchy as you could imagine. I had issues with HR not sending Delta all my information and I told them to call me in a week if it still wouldn't go through, which they agreed to do.
They waited six months, started charging me finance charges, and then called me at work to try to intimidate me into paying. It's not my fault Tech's HR dropped the ball, and I was trying to get that taken care of.
If they spent half the time they spent on the phone with me directly answering my questions instead of just repeating "It's policy. You have to pay." or even (gasp!) telling me I had a bill unpaid BEFORE charging finance charges, they could have had their money much earlier. Other medical offices have this figured out, I don't know why it's so difficult for them.
Medical debt can ruin your life, don't take the risk on this place. There are other dentists.

Sandy is a very conscientious dental hygenist who cleans very carefully and thoroughly, as well as provide explanations and tips for more improved personal hygiene. Sandy is pleasantly mannered and respectful. I don't mind having my teeth cleaned at all!

A crown I had made and put on downstate by another dentist had come off. Dr. Chalgren's office was kind enough to find an appointment quickly where Dr Chalgren reattached the crown. I'm very appreciative of the care and service I received.

I had to see Dr. Chalgren with an emergency tooth ache, who was happy to take on a new patient. He immediately pointed out the issue and was willing to perform the procedure there and then. One month later, everything is healed and I feel great! The staff is very friendly too and I'd highly recommend this place!

Very clean and welcoming office. I was fit in quickly (in 48hrs) to get xrays done due to the needing a referral for an oral surgeon and my regular clinic not helping with xrays. Dr. Chalgren was extremely helpful and friendly. Quickly got my referral sent.

Today I had a cleaning appointment with Kristen for the first time and at the end I was amazed when I saw my teeth in the mirror. She did her job very gentle and professional with an amazing and really satisfying outcome. I also had a great time talking with her. My feeling was like I meet a very nice friend after a long time and her type of personality touched my heart.
She answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns patiently and very nice. She also guided me to an expert place for skin care after I asked her. I absolutely will consider her for teeth cleaning until living in this area. I am not able to appreciate her enough but can confidently and highly recommend her to consider as your great teeth cleaner. I like when I see someone is great at her/his job and she certainly is one of the bests in her job

Friendly staff!! Came in for an emergency visit and they were able to get me in right away! They got me on a good maintenance schedule and did not make me feel bad about the lapse in visiting the dentist just helped on getting me set up for the right path. Amazing all around!
