I can't put into words how wonderful the staff is at Bartoszewicz Family Dental. My son, who had been extremely unsure about his visit, has been talking about how he loves the dentist and wants to go back. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are taken care of as well as adults. They are kind, gentle, and very caring. They connected with my son and made a huge impact on how he views the dentist. I have always enjoyed being a patient there, and now my sons can experience the same wonderful treatment as me. I appreciate everything they do and how much they all care.

When I walk in I'm greeted with a smile by the receptionist who knows my name and I am very comfortable. Then after some nice relaxing conversation with the receptionist, a short wait, I am met by my hygienist who greets me with another smile and takes me to a room where I will have my teeth cleaned, all the time having very comfortable and nice conversation, Then the doctor will come in and greets me with a smile and then checks my teeth and assures me of what I will need or not need. Then back to the hygienist where we have some final comfortable conversation and always have some nice gifts to hand out. Then I go to receptionist where I verify my next appointment--always with a smile so I can say my entire experience is always one that makes me feel relaxed and not intimidated in any way. I am happy with the entire experience. I recommend Dr. Bartoszewicz and his staff to everyone.
Since I couldn't write a separate review I'd like to add to this review. My name is Esther Trzeciak and I have always had problems going to dentists and some have made fun of me that I'm so skittish about most procedures. Dr. Bartoszewicz and his staff always make me feel I'm ok--skittish or not. They calm me down and always make sure I'm ok before and during procedures. So I recommend any who are afraid of dentists to go to Bartoszewicz Family Dental and you will have a good experience.

Dr B and the whole staff are so great! Do bother going to a pediatric dentist, this staff is way better with kids, and doesn't push stainless steel crowns like a peds dentist does. They have 3 dental hygienist working at one time, so all my boys can be scheduled at once! How great is that!!!!!!

Yesterday was my first visit, and I have never had such an amazing dental staff treat me so well! I absolutely loved how they informed me of everything they were doing, gave me options, and were overall very friendly. I normally don't like the dentist, but I did have a great experience here!!!

I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for a new dentist. Kristene is who I see to have my cleanings done and she doesn't make it awkward like some hygienists. Dr. B is a great dentist. He is funny and honest with you. I hadn't seen a dentist in quite a few years when I first visited this office but no one there ever made me feel judged or uncomfortable.

I have been going to Dr Bartoszewicz now for 12+ years. I cannot tell how caring they are to eacha nd every person that comes in the door. A friendly smile is what you will always experience. before coming, I loathed going to see the dentist because there always felt the need to get 'em in, get 'em out. Dr. B and his staff are outstanding in the care and friendly atmosphere that they offer. We are so pleased that we continue to use Dr.B and staff even though we moved an hour away. The receptionists and staff make you feel like family and take an interest in your opinions and questions.

I have been going to this dentist since I was a little kid. They have seen me grow up over the years and my teeth are still awesome! I remember being so excited as a child to go and get my treasure out of the treasure chest after my cleanings. Now in my old age of 28 I am excited because my teeth and my pocketbook are happy after I leave.The office has grown over the years, but the service has not changed. I travel in from Chicago just to see Dr. Bartozewicz. His employees are happy to be there which makes me happy to come back! I asked them why he was so nice and they simply reply,"He is the nicest man I know"!
