Having dentistry work done is probably not at the top of most people's list of fun things to do. I am no different. However, Dr. Nichols and his staff work hard to make each visit as pleasant as possible. They provide a friendly, calm, and low key environment. They are kind and personable. They consistently explain what will be happening during the visit and they check in frequently to see how I am doing with whatever work is being done. It is clear that a positive patient experience is very important to them and I appreciate how they continually request feedback throughout the visit to be certain that I am comfortable. Dr. Nichols is professional, thorough, and meticulous , all while remaining personable and kind. Highly recommended.

Great bedside manner from all providers, very knowledgeable, and everything explained patiently and well. They make great use of current technology, photographing every tooth for comparison to monitor changes in the future. Meticulous attention to detail - exactly what you want in dental care. Also, I would like to say that they have very good availability for scheduling, contrary to what one reviewer mentioned. After my first visit, I was able to schedule a second visit within the next month, and my six-month checkup very close to the six-month mark. Overall, very pleased.

Dr. Nichols and his staff provide excellent care while continuing to offer diverse and novel services as well advice for maintaining and caring for my dental health for almost the last 15 years I have visited there. He and his awesome team are a warm and welcoming group from reception, cleanings through dental procedures. I have been an extremely satisfied patient of Dr. Nichols for a decade and the reasons are simple: 1) He is extremely thorough and professional; 2) He effectively communicates what is going on inside my mouth, what he believes should be done and why; and 3) He makes a concerted effort to provide value to his patients by explaining the options that are available. I would be remiss if I failed to mention his helpful and personable dental assistants and administrative staff.
Lastly, I am not someone who has any issues or fears with regard to dental treatment, but I suspect I am in the minority in this regard. Dr. Nichols has a very relaxed and calming approach to dental care which greatly reduces the tension, and resulting stress and fear, many patients would otherwise experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nichols and his staff.
