Absolutely underwhelmed by the professionalism here. Would not recommend to anyone. Made my appointment 3 months ago and was assured that if they didn’t take my insurance I would be told before my scheduled appointment came up. Fast forward to the day before and they called for all the same info they took when making the appointment along with requesting records of my last X-ray when there was no mention before. Come the day of the appointment after I filled out the paperwork (all the same info for the 3rd time that I have already given them) I am now told my insurance isn’t accepted.

The entire experience was amazing! From the staff to Dr Morin. My hygienist talked to me through my entire cleaning and explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. I couldn't have made a better choice! Thank you all for welcoming me.

The dental hygienist was very friendly and incredibly nice. I liked that she not only cleaned my teeth but described what she was doing and why it's important. I felt like she truly cared about me and loved her job. The dentist was equally friendly and I felt very welcome there. It was definitely my best experience at a dentist to date!

took my husband here thinking it would be great. The people we're super nice and seemed to care alot. Well I was all wrong. They gave my husband a deep cleaning and we set up an appointment for some fillings. After the fillings we're done my husband had terrible pain but him being a man tried to tough it out. He had another appointment to have more work done and said they wouldn't see my husband again until paying upwords of more than half a grand to fix his issues that they messed up and to do the rest of his fillings. I said can't you please work with us on a payment plan we will pay it we just can't afford this all up front today before his appointment. The lady on the phone was super rude giving me all types of sass. I was really taken back by the whole thing because they put on such a good front. But they totally ruined there chances of ever having us as patients again. How can a company not be willing to work with you on such a high payment and not fix the issue they caused my husband to have..I'm extremely dissatisfied with there services and there people working there. I tell everyone my experience in hopes I save them time and a great deal of money. DONT GO HERE!!!

Dr. Morin is the best dentist we have ever been to. She is caring and listens. The entire staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. We are so happy we found her. This is the best dental practice in town! The dental hygienists are all wonderful. The entire staff is. We highly recommend them.

I recently had some bridge work done and Dr. Morin and her staff were not only very professional but made me as comfortable as possible and explained everything along the way. The front office reception area is great too and they are always pleasant and very helpful and courteous. No one likes going to the dentist, but if you have to go I would highly recommend you give HFD a try.

Best so far. Dr. Morin is exceptionally great. Her office staff is not only competent but very friendly and knowledgeable about the various procedures offered. Unlike most Dentist, it takes more then mere friendliness and smiles to reach the top of my selection list. And Dr. Morin is in the TOP 2 spots!

Best office in town, hands down! I was shocked to see a one star review for this office... makes no sense to me as our family of 6 has been going here for as long as I can remember and have always had a stellar experience. Super great staff with kids (especially first timers who may be scared), and loads of fun joking around with the adults. We never dread seeing the dentist... my kids often ask, “when can we go to the dentist again?” They love it! In fact, one of my daughters will be shadowing Dr. Morin as she’s always been so willing and excited to share her love of dentistry with anyone interested in the field.
Services we’ve had include cleanings, filled cavities, whitening, cosmetic, and crowns - with both Dr. Deenik and Dr. Morin, and their phenomenal hygienists. The office has worked with us figuring out insurance billing and we’ve never had a problem. Excellent all the way around as their office has state of the art equipment - always innovative and future forward in their thinking and services. I always recommend this office to friends and any newcomer to town looking for outstanding dental care.
