Fornetti John DDS

First of all I would like to compiment Dr John and Dr Dan Fornetti and the full staff with the precautions they have made during the Covid 19 pandemic. They are way ahead of any business with patient safety in that they purchased the latest equipment to make there Dental Center a place that you know is as safe as can be. They are constantly improving on their safety in all areas of the Dental Center.
Wow when we moved to Iron Mountain Mi in 1986 I selected Dr John Fornetti as my dentist. I had moved from Wausau Wi and went to the dentist up there once a year and he had stated that there was nothing wrong with my teeth for 8 years. Well with my first visit I was very shocked that I not only needed about 8 to 10 root canals, but that i had severe gum disease of which my gums were severely bleeding and they did not know if they could save my teeth and heal the gums. John worked with me from than on and had to perform at least 10 root canals and one bridge and the regiment he had me on at home not only saved my gums, but I kept most of my teeth.

John and his staff from day one treated us like one of the family to this day that is why I would not go to another dentist except now we have Dan and he is just as good if not better than John. He will sit down with you like his dad and talk to you in laymens terms and give you sound options and let you decide what to do. They are there for you anytime of the year for instance on Christmas Eve my temp crown shattered and Dr Dan was out of town I called and Dr John even thou his car didn't start used his wife's car and came in and put the new crown that just came in for me. I call that exceptional service above and beyond and that is the way they are. I thank you for that.

Also when you walk in the office you are greeted right away and asked if you want anything to drink and get to learn about your family and life and have a conversation with you. All the staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and treat you as a member of their family.

Then comes the time when you are leaving they give you not one, but two warm muffins that they just made to take home and have fresh apples for you also.

I would recommend everyone to come in and experience the family atmosphere and the excellent dental care that we have had. I can back this up as our two sons and there families we encouraged and they have John and Dan as there dentist.
Today June 6, 2022 they even had more equipment in relation to Covid 19 to make it even safer. We again were treated like family. My wife and I had our teeth cleaned by Karen she is fairly new, but she has 25 years of experience and I will tell you she is very thourough and knows her stuff. She explains everything in detail in layman's terms so you understand everything. She is very friendly and kind and professional.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and the way they treat their guests. they do an excellent job providing a great service for a good price. Honestly, I have never been to a better dental clinic.

This is my second time receiving a filling through this dental office. I absolutely love how friendly and accommodating their staff are. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who has a fear of the dentist. The staff always has a way of making you feel at home.

Dr. John has been my dentist for a very long time. I don’t like going to the dentist, but, from Karen greeting me at the door, to my smart, friendly and very thorough dental hygienist, Ewa, then the always kind and personable Dr. John, my visits are always pleasant. No complaints 😊

The staff was very personable. During my initial visit, I was treated to a guided tour of the facility, and offered a snack and drink while waiting to be taken back. They were also very professional when it came down to business. I was impressed to say the least.

State of the art dental services. A very professional staff. Very friendly people who are genuinely concerned about you and your dental health. The best dental clinic I have ever visited. 😍

Staff is great and always make sure your comfortable and understand all procedures and expenses ahead of time. Karen always greets me with a smile and makes me enjoy all my visits. Keep up the good work! And customers get free muffins !!!!! Yeeehaaaaw

Was very happy with the dental work received however I was less impressed with the fact that they do not inform you when scheduling as a new patient that they charge the entire cost upfront and do not bill the insurance till after. They also told me that they accept all major dental insurance but failed to tell me that they are not an in network provider for anywhere.

The entire staff is professional and courteous. Having small children, I felt that our needs were important and taken care of right away.
My kids love going to the dentist!
