Fornetti John DDS

I’m so glad I finally decided to switch to The John Fornetti Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, to the moment I left (with warm apple muffins they bake there!) I was treated very professionally. The center was exceptionally neat and clean. Dr. Dan was very nice and explained everything necessary. Dr. Dan also examined my 2 year old daughter and it was wonderful. He was very accommodating to her squirms and reluctance to have her first exam. Absolutely wonderful place! Would definitely recommend!

This will be my first time writing a review such as this, as I'm not generally inclined to do so, but after having had my first visit with Dr. John (for a wisdom tooth extraction) I very much feel as though a sincere thanks is in order. Let me explain...

I ended up breaking a wisdom tooth some time ago and, being the bearded and manly man that I am, chose to ignore it for as long as I possibly could. As one might surmise, this course of action led only to further problems. By the time I begrudgingly admitted that having the tooth removed would be necessary, the pain was near to unbearable and the damage done to the tooth, along with an odd curving of my roots, made for an especially tricky extraction.

Not having dental insurance, cost was at the forefront of my mind as I began looking for a dentist. While not the cheapest choice, though so nearly so as to be of very little import, the stories I kept hearing from those who have been patients at the Fornetti Clinic were so fantastic that I simply had to see if they held any truth.

Fast-Forward to my appointment. I was greeted upon entry and promptly offered my choice of a selection of tasty beverages. Nice start. Next I'm taken on a tour of the facility and introduced to the smiliest staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. A small amount of paperwork later and I'm ready to begin.

Now you may be thinking that it was the friendly staff, kind offerings of tasty beverages, or perhaps even the tour, a pleasantly odd change off pace from the average dental visit, which prompted the authoring of such a lengthy review. You, however, would be incorrect. While all of those things were nice, and I wish I could remember the names of everyone I met that I might thank them personally, they were just a bonus. What really impressed me was the kindness and patience of the Doctor himself.

As I said above, my tooth was a bit of a challenge to extract. Between the damage done in breaking it and the odd curve of my roots, with the addition of my trigeminal nerve being uncomfortably close to the extraction site, I don't feel as though "nightmarish" is an inappropriate description of the situation Dr. John faced in trying to help me without hurting me. That, however unlikely I may have thought it at the outset of this little misadventure of mine, is exactly what he did.

It took the better part of an hour, and an heroic showing of patience from the Doctor, but eventually my tooth was removed with absolutely no pain. Every step of the way Dr. John made it clear that I was of paramount concern to him. I truly felt like he valued me, not simply as a customer, which is all too often the case, but as a person. In short, he cared.

As if the excellent service I received in office wasn't enough, I just received a check up call from his office and the voice at the other end of the line was that of the Doctor himself. Not any of the staff, but Dr. John. He actually cared enough to check up on me personally and that, ladies and gentlemen, is why I decided that I had to write this review. Not only as an acknowledgment of fantastic service, above and beyond what I would have expected, but also as a recommendation to all who seek an environment where you're treated like more than just a dollar sign. Give the friendly folks at the John Fornetti Center a call. Not only CAN they help, they'll be HAPPY to do so.

Excellent service. They got me in and relieved the pain on my tooth. They sat and went through the long term solutions to make sure I could make up my mind among the options I had. Thank you very much highly recommend.

Best dental office I've ever been to. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant and the service is amazing. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

As a new patient and nervous about having my teeth worked on. Dr nichole and staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease.

Always prompt when responding to phone calls. I was able to get in right away for an emergency root canal. Doctor Dan worked long and hard to save the tooth. His bedside manner is outstanding! The staff is professional and friendly. When there are problems, the doctor is willing to go the extra mile to help in any way he can.

Excellent customer service, they treat every patient with respect. Their office environment is bright, friendly and comfortable. You are always greeted with a smile. They offer so many treatment options, with music and TV's in the treatment rooms, you really do get the best in dental care and "treatment" from Dr. John and his staff!

I used to hate going to the dentist until I started going to Dr. John, now I actually can't wait to go back to the dentist even if it's just going to get my teeth cleaned, they are very gentle and truly nice people. I no longer have a fear of dentist thanks to everyone at the office. Plus the apple muffins are amazing!!!

Dr. John and Dr. Dan and all of their staff are WONDERFUL. We have been visiting their office every 6 months for years and we receive by far the best dental care ever!! We are treated as friends and always treated with respect. My husband and I would recommend the Fornetti Dental Center to everyone looking for dental care. They are the best.
