Going out of state for few months, and so set up cleaning appointment for before leaving. At appointment x-rays taken, gums examined with poking around with pain and bleeding. No cleaning done! Did not care what I wanted, that's what they wanted to do! Unlikely to return

I wish I could give them a zero review. Our entire family sees them and this morning I was running late and the receptionist was extremely rude and lacked even the basic professional attitude. I would highly recommend the doctor to look into this as this brings a very bad name to the practice. Now I completely understand that it was my fault for the last minute change but stuff happens and no matter what, I expect professional behavior.
If you are looking for good customer service, AVOID this place.
