Rochester Advanced Dentistry

I was a bit apprehensive about having a root canal and a filling done -- but it really was no big deal. Dr. Haddad and Rachel put me at ease, I was very numb (as I requested), and it was over relatively quickly. I felt just fine and did some errands on my way home. Thanks to Dr. Haddad and Rachel for their great work and great "chairside" manner.

For many years, Rochester Advanced Dentistry always provided me with great dental service. In addition, they also offer another service that has helped me. Dr. Haddad always asked about my snoring. Last year they loaned me a device I could take home overnight (for free) to wear when I sleep to see if I had sleep apnea. Results came back that I had severe sleep apnea so the dental hygienist (Katie) linked me up with a local sleep center to perform an official overnight sleep study. Those results also matched those found on the take home device. Now I'm using a CPAP machine and my apneas are well within acceptable limits. My Medicare and supplemental insurance covered everything at no cost to me! Thank you R.A.D. for getting me back on track to better health.

So happy I made the treaded switch from our former dentist. I hadn't realized just how outdated his technology was until I saw Rochester Advanced Dentistry and their team in action. I finally feel that my family and I will get the treatment and smiles that we deserve.

The team at Rochester Advanced Dentistry always does a great job. They use the most state of the art equipment and advanced procedures. It's like my old dentist was stuck in the dark ages. What a great find in Rochester.

This is Advanced Dentistry & Beyond.! The staff and dentists are is trained as you can be in Dental Care, procedures, and surgical methods. They are and thorough and I would say they are most definitely magicians of the mouth!

Fantastic service with a team that understands my specific needs. The work that Dr. Kurt Doolin performs is always very reliable and he works efficiently. The team is always up to date on the latest technology which provides outstanding value while being minimally evasive! Great job!

Dr. Haddad did what I thought couldn’t be done. My jaw hurt so bad a year ago that eating anything had become a very painful chore.
At my first consultation when he said he could help me, I broke down and cried, it had gotten that bad. It was a long road, but he kept his word and I can now eat anything I want, pain-free!

Dr Hadad pushed me to get a free sleep apnea screening test that they offer. After several times of him bringing it up, I eventually did it. The results supposedly said (I never actually saw them) that I had severe sleep apnea. Dr Hadad recommended a $3k sleep appliance that he sold. I went and had a sleep study done and a hospital. The hospital study showed I had very very minor sleep apnea which my doctor said does not even require treatment. Now I understand why dr hadad pushed the test.

UNQUESTIONABLY THE BEST CLEANING IN MY LIFE -- NO QUESTION. NO OTHER CLEANING HAS COME CLOSE TO MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE @ D-H.

As compared to this D-H cleaning, my old dentist was living -- tools & processes -- in the dark ages. What took me to switch dentists? (Hint: My wife told me to).

Christina was beyond outstanding in every metric: e.g. technically very competent, pleasant, professional to a 'T", bright, very informative throughout the multi-step process, gentle, focused on providing the absolute best cleaning experience.

I am at a loss for words on how to possibly improve my experience -- a rare thing for me -- there aren't any.

I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff that I came in contact with.

Today (Nov 22, 2016) I had a crown procedure performed -- my 5th or 6th crown -- but my first crown at Doolin-Haddad. Based on my past dentist office experiences, between a crown and brain surgery I would prefer brain surgery. WIth Doolin-Haddad Adv Dentistry today's crown process today was a breeze. I was anesthetized very effectively and the process went quickly, smoothly and PAINLESSLY -- really an unbelievably pleasant experience. If I had not experienced this procedure, I would not believe this Rah-Rah post. I won't go as far to say that I am looking forward to my next crown, but I certainly won't dread the countdown to when the "drill meets the tooth". Rumor has it that the Tooth Fairy goes to Doolin-Haddad Advanced Dentistry for all of her dental care needs. .

I liked dr haddad's enthusiasm about how well things were going to turn out for me. The procedure was very exhausting. The long duration and the uncomfortable appartus made for a stressful appointment. I understand is was necessary.
