After years of trying to find a good dental practice to go to I’m glad to say I’ve finally found a place I can call home.

Cristina was a dream to work with. She made me feel welcome and helped me to lay out an excellent plan of attack for all of my dental needs and concerns. At no time did I feel pressured into making any decisions. She listened and paid attention, which many places don’t even attempt to do. Even though I had a lot of issues to address to get back to good oral health she felt like an ally in the whole process and made everything feel a lot less overwhelming.

Dr. Tironi and his assistant Shelly really turned around the years of horrible experience I’ve had at other dental practices and made me look forward to my visits instead of dreading them. Dr. Tironi basically worked on every tooth in my mouth in a little over a month and not once did he rush to get me out of his chair. At one point it looked like I might have to have one or two root canals but Dr. Tironi told me that he liked to approach those things conservatively, and didn’t end up doing any of them. He was very thorough, explained why he was doing what he was doing every step of the way, and always checked in with me during the procedures to make sure I was ok.

Shelly is super friendly and bubbly and a joy to talk to. She always made herself available to answer any questions I had along with Dr. Tironi. They both have also been really amazing along with the front desk staff to fit me in on short notice for any adjustments that I’ve needed.

Val is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She knows her stuff and I’ve already seen significant results with my gum health based off her work, product recommendations, and advice. In the short amount of time that I’ve known her it feels like I’ve known her forever and the same goes for Shelly too!

I’m really looking forward to working with Dr. Doolin after I complete ortho to improve on the aesthetic side of my smile.

Overall I highly recommend Rochester Advanced Dentistry. I initially came to this office based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews I read and they are true. The work dynamic is excellent. There’s no internal conflicts going on (that I’ve seen on display for everyone to watch at other practices I’ve gone to) and you can tell that everyone takes pride in their work. They are all highly knowledgeable and experienced and take the time to come up with the best plan before they start working on your mouth. Even the small things like greeting you by name when you enter the building makes a big impression. I can now confidently say that my teeth are in the best hands they could ever be in for the first time in a long time!

I had a great experience with my dentist, Dr. Haddad. I knew this place was a good fit for me. Exceeded my expectations!

Amazing team and kind and supportive folks to get you feeling better and out of pain! Highly recommend for anyone who has struggled to relieve their TMJ!

I would have to say Dr Haddad is my crutch. He is nothing like unoriginal dentist. I don't trust other dentist. I have to always come back to Dr Haddad because he treats my mouth not just work on my mouth.
I have been with Dr Haddad and Rachel for about seven years now.. They have become my family and my friends...He has been treating me for a TMJ issue ..and it has been a long road but he has helped me with my headache and jaw pain.
I have not been the easiest patient but he has been there for me help me through and figured out what he need to do to help me get through this TMJ issue... I am still in treatment with him and like I said he treats your mouth to where you need to be..
So if you're having pain headaches , jaw pain TMJ issues he is the one to go see.

My jaw pain is gone! After a few months treatment for T.M.J. I have no more headaches or stiffness and eating is no longer painful. I feel a huge difference after only a few months.

I was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease over a year ago and my life was turned upside down.
Interestingly, I’ve always ground my teeth but I thought my “bite guard” from my dentist was all I needed and the two issues were unrelated.
I did not relate the grinding of teeth to the Ménière’s. Diagnosis at all and my ENT also denied they were related.
After months of symptoms including constant dizziness, random vertigo, loss of balance and extreme ear pressure and even some loss of hearing in one ear, I finally decided to reach out to Dr. Haddad’s office. I’m so happy I did.
After a detailed consultation, I met with the Doc and Rachel. They relaxed my jaw muscles and neck with the Tensing machine and then checked the tension in all of my facial and jaw muscles in different bite positions.
Turns out, my bite was causing spasms all over my face and neck. He was able to find a position for my jaw that didn’t cause stress to all of my muscles and create an orthotic device that would move my jaw into that position. I’ve been wearing it (along with a night orthotic) for a couple months and I’ve seen an amazing change in my quality of life.
My dizziness has improved tremendously and my ear pressure is 99 percent gone. I was told I had to watch my salt and even put on pills and diuretics for months. After wearing the orthotic for only 6 weeks, I was able to eat normal foods agsin with no problem. I’m still working on chewing food with the orthotic in but I’ll hopefully get it soon.
If you’re suffering with ear fullness, pressure, dizziness, a Ménière’s Disease Diagnosis, at least meet with Dr. Haddad and see if he thinks he. An help you, I’m so happy I invested in my health and am getting my life back!!! Thank you Rachel and Dr haddad!
