I never got the privacy policy they made me agree to having. My every question was either dodged or met with a rubbery neck and fluttery eyes. I don't understand because they aren't very good with explanations. I told them I do have a very bad cavity but the pain is dull and I really don't mind except that the tooth is very sharp. They wanted to put a paste on my tooth and started mixing a solution for it, before telling me what it was or how it worked. I asked if it would help with my tooth pinching my cheek, they said no, but they still wanted to use this strange paste that they didn't even want to tell me the duration of until I asked. I also made sure they knew I'm very concerned with what's being charged to my insurance, but they weren't sure if this was covered, but they would "take care of it." I was already so nervous, not being thoroughly explained things to made that so much worse.

Horrible pain after extraction went back in twice, they said everything was fine xrays show healthy gums nothing's wrong. After a month still could not eat and gums were swollen it looked like a piece of tooth was stuck on side of extraction they assured me it was fine and prescribed me antibiotics, pain went away few days later and large piece of tooth started to surface when swelling went down!!!!:(:(. So now do I go back to them and have them mess my mouth up more?...heck no.
Please do not go here, worse experience I've ever had!!!!

Too many bad experiences, too many problems whit the root canal, rude attitude some personal, pay off all my dental treatment, and every appointment the charge me!!!!
Went whit my mom and she had the worse experience ever, waiting for more then 45 minutes the doctor, and one assistant made a kind the coments because my mom use Medicaid to pay the dental treatment.......

This was an horrible experience the people is nice but nice don’t give you gas I expressed was the situation was and they had me come in just to tell me the same thing that was on my referral... then they referred me to another clinic that does not except my insurance

I love them, they are like Family and they take very good care of my boys and their teeth! They are always flexible with scheduling and they are consistent with their work! Great staff and service!

I love seeing DR. Fadi he is so professional and always on time and Iv never felt any pain when he works on me his assistants are always a pleasure! Mervert the office manager is extremely professional and super accommodating. I drive over 40 minutes to come see dr. Fadi and actually look forward to it.

My name is carlos beckum and caring dentistry of sterling heights is the best dentistry I could have chosen. The employees treat there patients with the upmost respect and treat you as a friend more than anything. I love this place and I would highly recommend to all of my friends who's looking for the perfect teeth and beautiful smile. I've been going there for almost a year now and I will continue to be a patient there.

Dr. shajwa (I think that's how you spell it) is amazing only downfall is the wait time. I am not to big of fan of the mail dr there he rushes thru his patients. but for the most part I love caring dentistry
