Best phone call i ever made. The receptionist was really awesome, she took the time to look my insurance up and went beyond to follow up with me to make sure I know what my cost was. The staff was incredible awesome. My hygenist was really fantastic. She took the time to explainin everything and was very knowledgeable , she made me feel very comfortable. Also my dentist was fantastic, he was super informative and pleasant .

Great experience from beginning to end! When I walked in the front door I was greeted warmly and felt I was right at home. When I went back the hallway to the dental chair again I felt very much at home. The work that was done on my teeth was very thorough, the exam was right on, the options that were given to me were very good. I can't wait to see the smile that I have in the future

Felt more like a number than a patient, didn't go over sleep or eating habits, such as grinding teeth etc, basically was scolded by the dentist himself. Left not feeling very good about myself. Yes I need work done but my teeth aren't rotting out of my head.

A dear friend recommended him to me after I told her my dentist did not take my insurance, I needed a crown.
So glad she did, the crown procedure was completed at (first) appointment...no temporary, no need to return to complete the crown.

As usual everyone was just great! Dr. Hutchinson did a terrific job in filling in and fixing a broken front tooth!!! The patchwork really matches the original tooth, and that was not easy at all!!!! Doc. H. is a Artist!! Everything is always perfect!! Ladies at the Front Desk are also great!! They even fit me in on very short notice! Thanks to all!!

After listening to Dr. Hutchinson on WTCM I knew I wanted to have a consult re my dental needs. His staff was exceptional and his visit with me was thorough and professional. He answered all my questions and encouraged me to to pursue the proposed treatment plan. The facility was calm and inviting with plenty of comfortable seating. Beautiful facility. Traverse City is very fortunate to have Dr. Hutchinson and his staff in their town.
