The dental hygienist was fantastic! Explained a lot and took her time. Dr. Hutchison took a lot of time also in explaining the causes of some issues I was having and was extremely helpful. Everyone in the office is lovely and it's a really great environment which is saying a lot for someone with sensitive teeth!

I am new to the area and was looking for a new dentist. My dental insurance pointed me in the direction of the Associates in Family Dentistry with Dr. Burke. When I called, I spoke with Amanda on the phone and she is just a gem. I had some concerns after not having been to a dentist in a while and was able to move things around to squeeze me in the very next day. Today was my appointment and though I was a little nervous stepping into the office, everyone I came into contact with was so kind. Diane was my dental hygienists and she was very thorough and informative. Dr. Burke was awesome. He talked me through some of the preventive measures I could take for me personally and seemed to really know his stuff. He also took the time to get to know me a little bit as a person! Overall, 10/10 would recommend this facility and I promise not to wait so long on going back to the dentist!

I had my 2 front teeth capped today. Dr. Hutchinson worked with me to make sure my bite was correct and told me to come back if my bite doesn’t feel right. From the minute you walk in the door you experience a very professional, friendly staff with emphasis on COVID protection. That is very much appreciated during this pandemic.

I have been going here since I move to the Grand Traverse Area five years ago and they take really good care of my teeth. I came here on a recommendation from a medical facility where I worked. Verbal recommendations from area medical staff are not given easily as we tend to be extremely scrutinizing, but I am glad I took the advise. The office is lovely, clean, easy parking. You get everything your teeth could want from beautiful fillings (I had the mercury replaced in mine at this office) to a toothbrush I cannot live without! I started the Invisalign six months ago and I feel they are super. The Invisalign works fast, you see results rather quickly. I cannot imagine, however, how dreadful it could have been if I had fallen for the "half price online do it yourself" deal. That being said, Dr Hutchinson and all the staff are extremely courteous and go the extra mile to see that I am taken care of. For me, I really appreciate that level of quality customer service; moreover, I appreciate how lovely my teeth are turning out and my only regret is that I didn't do this ten years ago. I would not hesitate to choose this practice for your and your families care.

I appreciate how well organized and friendly this dentist is. And they really listen to any concerns you have about your teeth/gums. I have only been 2 times (pre-COVID and during COVID). I was impressed that they have clear procedures to ensure safety for staff and patients. My cleaning ran smoothly and they have adopted some new technologies for the process that reduce “aerosols” to minimize risk of transmission. That paired with the prescreening call and then taking temperatures when you arrive for your appointment definitely gave me confidence in them.
