If you are looking for the BEST dental practice in Traverse City, look no further!! This IS the BEST! They are polished professionals who care about their patient’s well being. I had done a great deal of research before selecting this practice and they exceeded my expectations. After moving here from downstate four years ago, I have still been doing down and backs (3 hours down and 3 hours back) for dental care because I had not yet found a practice that puts the patients first. The initial two hour visit includes complete X Rays, a three dimensional image and health and dental consultation including goals for my dental health. Even before my first visit, Linda spent 30 minutes with me on the phone patiently answering all of my questions. Preventive care is a major part of their focus which as an educator means a great deal to me. This practice is more like the family to which I had become accustomed with my dentist downstate.

Can always count on the staff at Harborside Dental to provide top notch dental care with a smile and a personal touch. We appreciate the effort everyone extends to be sure that our visit is pleasant and organized. Great staff!

Where can I begin, I recently moved to Traverse City in September of 2022 from Prescott, Az. I needed some pretty serious help and began with going over to Aspen Dental. I won’t denigrate their Business but I opted to continue my search for the right Dental Services.

I ended up finding Harborside Dental who got me in quickly for a new patient exam. Both Catherine and Kelly greeted me as soon as I came in. Great energy, warm and friendly. I waited to be called back looking out at the Grand Traverse Bay view. My new patient exam was done by Eva who was a total doll. Their equipment is the newest technology and Eva and Dr. Krull developed my treatment plan.

Over the next 2 weeks, a deep cleaning and tooth extraction was completed by RDH Amanda and Dr. Krull.

Not only was the treatment perfect in performance but the staff from Amanda (RDH/Now like best friend) Eva (RDH) Kelly and Catherine (Billing and Business Manager) Dr. Krull, and also Avery who is studying to join the team down the line was such a blessing to have in my corner when I really needed the help.

The Billing Team provided me flexibility when working with a lesser known insurance (Level) to find our common solution. Huge shout out to Dr. Krull who extracted my tooth and gave me a call after he was off to check in 5 hours later. Provided cell and personal contact in case of emergency.

I left feeling about as comfortable as possible. The cohesion and synergy from this team, from office to the Doctor was literally unreal.

I would strongly recommend saving yourselves time if reading this, give them a quick call and start the same experience I was blessed with. You’ll find yourself compelled to share your thoughts just like myself. You can take it to the bank, straight up.

I had a great visit to Harborside to have a crown reglued. I was greeted warmly at the front desk. I was pleasantly surprised to be seen on such short notice as my crown had come out that morning. Harborside made room for me that very afternoon and I was on my way by three thirty. Another pleasant visit to Harborside.

My husband and I have been patients at this practice for more than 25 years. Dr. Kozelko and his staff are the BEST! They are all so friendly, caring and professional. They have all been employed there forever. They get to know you by name. It's a family! The facility is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Worth the 1 1/2 hour drive!

The people at Harborside Dental are some of the nicest people we have ever had the pleasure of to take care of my husbands dental needs. We would highly recommend this practice.

Great dental office. I’ve known Dr Kozelco for around forty years and I have utmost respect for him. Whether he is seeing you for a routine visit or a recent double crown he is extremely nice and polite. Usually we discuss something about my family or things I’m interested in and he is always very concerned about your comfort while he works on you! He has always has had a very comfortable office setting; from all his staff and office personnel, who are the nicest and kindest people ever, to the modern up to date office equipment and very comfortable waiting room. If he does a procedure on you , he frequently will call you later to see how you are doing. He is a very caring dentist, who I appreciate very much.

For having a sore mouth sore teeth and a swollen cheek it was a very good experience to be at the dentist. Dr. K r u l l was very kind and gentle yet care of aches and pains. He also made a follow-up call which was very impressive. Thank you Doctor k r u l l. I feel much much better already and I'm looking forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks

I had some dental work done at Harborside and it was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist's office! All of the staff was very kind and welcoming! After my first visit, the filling came out (my fault) and they fit me back in asap and replaced it FREE OF CHARGE. I will not hesitate to go back and have been trying to send everyone I know that way! Thank you Harborside Dental!

Everyone at this office is incredibly kind and caring. And, oh, they provide excellent dental care, too! 😉 ( I’m an ex-dental hygienist and very picky about my teeth.)
