My husband is working with the office to get dentures. He is severely afraid of dentists and it took him losing all his teeth and about 10 years to decide to do this. He would not even go to a dentist to get a tooth pulled when it got bad, just let it break off.
I chose Your Neighborhood Dentist because all procedures are done at the same office and there's no running around and trying to coordinate doctors, dental practitioners, information/procedures, etc. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Kaur came up with a brilliant solutions for my husband's complex teeth and jaw issues. We are still working everything, but so far, everything has been wonderful.
Dr Kaur and her staff are very friendly, caring, knowledgable, and creative. I will be going to this office for a review once my husband is finished.

I’ve been going to YND since I can remember. Doctor Kaur is always so upbeat and personable. I usually see Aida (who is amazing!!) but today I saw Kim and she was equally as great! Kim thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all of my questions with care. Last but not least, Maria was really helpful when scheduling my future appointments & taking care of my billing for me. Thanks everyone!

The staff always give wrong information. I had so many red flags from this place it was ridiculous I still went through with the procedure and I am now regretting not listening to my gut. After paying I was told I now owe more money because they can't give a discount if you use care credit but they did not tell me that as they were accepting my payment. How does the person in charge of finance not know that? They also charged me $1600 for an anesthesiologist that only billed them $872 and I signed something stating that it would be adjusted. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. From start to finish I have so many complaints and now I will be checking my options to finish everything somewhere else! I am disgusted with this place they give dentists everywhere a bad name.

Started going here when I got married. Every time I went here there was always something that needed to be fixed and fit some reason it seemed biting they did my insurance payed for. Hygienists were nice but doctors were not. After feeling like I was getting screwed at this place I changed dentists. The first time at my new dentist he saw all the work I had done and questioned why they went so drastic with their treatments. I have been at my new dentist for over 3 years, only one cavity and never anything out of pocket. My husband also left and after having cavities every time he went to this dentist, has had no cavities at our new dentist. Can't be coincidence. Our new dentist is one of Hours top dentists in metro detroit.
