Your "Neighborhood" Dentist? I would call this office the farthest thing from neighborly. Their priorities lay first and foremost with finances and not with building relations with their patients/customers! I understand as a business that numbers must be discussed but ignoring a patient's needs is not OK. I was given neither pain medication nor antibiotics after having my tooth extracted and returning 7 days later to tell them I was still in a lot of pain. That's a total of two visits that I was told I would be given antibiotics which was never followed up on. Instead I had a lengthy conversation both times with the ladies in charge of finances about upcoming charges for dental procedures. After my next visit, I will not be returning to this place. I need a dentist that values my needs as a patient more than they value making money.
