Excellent. Dana did a great job on my routine dental cleaning. Met Dr. Schmidt for the first time, seems like a great addition.
Kudos overall to the staff. The practice's computer system was being upgraded and there were some system difficulties. However, they never let the problems distract them from providing top notch patient care and pursuing their team's mission of excellent service. Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to all.

I receive cleanings 4 times per year in order to keep my teeth and the staff has been both personable and professional. All of them have been considerate of my "dental" anxiety. I am impressed on how they treated my children, ages 6 and 3. My kids immediately warmed up to the staff and loved their experience at the dentist. They didn't even need me to go back with them for their cleaning on our second visit. While its sad for me as a parent to not be needed, I think it speaks volumes on the staff working here!

Today was my daughter's second visit, her first appt Dr.Hermes team let her get comfortable as she was extremely fearful from previous dental experiences. Her father had the task of bringing her in, and he was, needless to say, nervous about how it would go. After her visit I received a call she let them do the cleaning and, fluoride, and Dr. Hermes full check. This team has been such a blessing for our 4.5 year old. We can't thank them enough!!
