The dental assistant we had was amazing but the dentist was not. She was yelling at my kid and told him he can’t cry cause he is scaring other patients away. She was super unprofessional I will never come back here and will never refer anyone to this place.

I have treated at this office several times, with both Dr. Proeschel and Dr. Baron. Both have always been very pleasant, and they take the time to explain what they will be doing, and what they are doing during the procedures. I have never had any problems with their work product. Their staff of assistants and receptionists are also very kind and cordial. They always engage me in friendly conversation about anything and everything. It's like visiting with friends or neighbors. A very positive experience every time.

Apple Valley Dentistry is definitely top notch with our family. We have used Apple Valley Family Dentistry for over 16 years for many reasons.
The front desk staff is welcoming, professional and they work with your schedule to make your appointments. The Hygienists are skilled at their job and able to work with all ages, even young kids. My personal favorite is Christy - She is gentle and listens to your concerns. When dental work was needed, they work with my schedule to get an appointment and are very gentle and kind.

Staff is always very friendly, business is very clean with top of the line equipment/technology, and they are very accommodating! Every time my husband, 5 children or myself come in to Apple Valley Family Dentistry, we are always treated with the utmost care. The staff always take their time to make sure that we are comfortable. The kids even LIKE going! Everyone who works there is on top of their game, that is for certain! We have been seeing Dr. Proeschel, and many of the hygienists, for over 20+ years, and we have had not one complaint ever! I would highly recommend anyone to visit them for their dentistry.
