It was a vey positive experience. They walked me through gently and gave me good advice about what needed to be done. Very competent and calming at the same time. It's nice to know there is a place like this in Chaska where you can be taken care of professionally and with sensitivity. I liked the Relax signs in the waiting room.

Needed to make an appointment to see Dr. Ruoho for problem with my gums, but had to see another dentist to see one the same day. Dr. Ruoho’s appointments were 2 to 3 weeks out, but when I arrived I was told that Dr. Ruoho would be seeing me since she knew that I’d be more comfortable seeing my regular dentist. She spent a good amount of time examining my problem, which turned out not to be a real problem after all, and I wasn’t charged. I do have the office’s dental package, which is well worth it.

I am very disappointed. I have been going to Relaxation Dentistry for the past 2 to 3 years and never had a problem. Until recently, last Wednesday I had to make an appointment because the pain was unbearable. I called they said I could come in because the doctor was in for so many hours. So just to get in the door180 something. My insurance covered some, but then I'm charged for "After hours" ?? That's not the worst part. They do the root canal, and if course its infected. I ask about meds and in told to take Tylenol and ibuprofen. It's worse the next day then before the work! I call and told to wait until Monday it should be fine. I'm in so much pain I end up missing work on Friday to see my doctor yes put my self at risk to find out that I should have been put on antibiotics at the very least. My blood pressure ( of which I take meds for) was very high, so my doctor also prescribed pain meds as well. After 48 hours I'm feeling better. No thanks to any of you. I'm really disappointed and will be looking else where for my dentist.

I had to get a tooth removed. Ugh!!!! They were accommodating and had my blanket and headphones ready. They also had in my chart I need laughing gas as well as extra numbing. Love this place. The treat you right.
