Kindly called to see if I could get x-rays done for my teeth as I am having dental work done out of state. I had one veneer repaired at this office 2 years ago and already having problems, so going back to my original dentist who completed my veneers to have all 6 redone. Without bring rude and telling them that I didn't want to use them for their Cosmetic service because I don't think they did a good job, I simply asked to get xrays taken. The secretary became very rude and continued to challenge me and say why don't you just get them done at your dentist unless you wanted to have your work done here. So just because I wouldn't use them for my Cosmetic repairs, they wouldn't let me "PAY for new x rays"???? Oh, also I should preface that I opened the conversation that I wanted to have an appointment set up to have a cleaning and an exam. So I guess if you don't use them for ALL of your dental needs you are not worthy of their time. Terrible Service! Lost a customer and a family of 5!
