I am 59 years old and over the years I have been to more than my share of dentists for everything from standard checkups and cleaning to deep scaling and cavity fixes!. This past year I stumbled on West Lakes and I wish it had not taken me so long to find them! After COVID it had been almost 2 years since I had seen a dentist so I needed not only a cleaning but a deep scaling! I have done this before and it’s never fun, however I got Tabatha as my hygienist! Smart, efficient, informative, patient and by far the most professional and painless technician ever! And I used no shots!! Since then I have been back to have some major work done with Dr Miner and never have I ever experienced a more thorough excellent dental pro!! I have all new top teeth, they look amazing and her meticulous work makes me look pretty damn good! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

My teeth have never looked and felt better!
It was the first time in five years getting my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist worked two hours cleaning my teeth! I have tried over-the-counter teeth whitening kits and little did I know, what proved most effective was going to the dentist for a teeth cleaning, routine exam. Highly recommend this place 👍👍 Staff are very friendly, professional, and are very passionate about helping you take the best care of your teeth.

Tabitha is great. She’s been my hygienist for a couple years now. She’s very good about cleaning my teeth and being mindful of my sensitivities. Very personable and friendly with a great memory of what we discussed 6 months ago!

My boyfriend needed a second opinion after seeing a different dentist in the area. I called the office, and they were super helpful in getting him scheduled at a time that worked with his work schedule. All the paperwork was done electronically, so none of those pesky forms when you first get to the office :-) The dentist and her team knew he had a shorter time than they were hoping for available for his appointment, and they immediately started multi-tasking and getting things moving so he could be out the door on time, no questions or arguing. The dentist was well spoken, had a bubbly personality, and it was apparent that she loved her profession. The whole team listened to his needs and concerns as well as mine, and delivered great results. A prioritized, timelined plan of action along with insurance and out of pocket expected costs. They sat down with me and walked me through the medical reasons for their recommendations as well as the financial ones. Their staff sat and took the time to explain the "why" for the invasive items they were recommending and the long and short term pros and cons. They didnt rush the discussion, they were polite and helpful, answered all of our questions, and were a pleasure to be around at 7 am :-) We are looking forward to working with them moving forward and would recommend them to people who are in need of a competitively priced dentist office with caring staff who know how to be slow and gentle for those with anxiety about the dentist.

Your people are fantastic and very knowledgeable. You provide great service at a VERY reasonable price. I do not have dental insurance, so your year in advance plan is a great deal (A lot cheaper than my previous dentist). I have and will continue to recommend you to other people. Thank you to your people for there hard work.

Picked up my lower set today & the re-lining that was done was nothing short of INCREDIBLE!

West Lakes Dental has a wonderful, caring staff & a very relaxing atmosphere. (The over the chair TV’s don’t hurt either). 😊

Very impressed with the entire staff in Chaska. They were constantly smiling and explained everything they were doing through the entire procedure. Very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Dr Lauren and her staff to family and friends.
