I called for an emergency visit and was offered an appointment 20 minutes from the time I called! I couldn't get there that fast but was given another 2 hours later. Dr. Miner explained what she thought my problem was and offered a treatment plan. There was no charge for this service since it was included in the "insurance" plan purchased from West Lakes.
