Miller Hill Dental

Being an “out of towner” from Idaho, I lost a crown and needed to get it fixed PRONTO!! Couldn’t of found a better place, Dr. Kotter and his staff made me feel relaxed( and that’s quite the achievement in itself as I am not fond of Dentists, nothing personal) and quickly got the job done. No pain!!! And better job than original Dentist. ( Sorry I know you all stick together) Rebecca you are an awesome receptionist and Thank you for all you did!! You folks ROCK!! Please keep my credentials, as I’m yours now when ever I am in Duluth, which is a lot my boyfriends here! Thanks again staff still feels fantastic!!!

Have been to many Dentist in my lifetime, Miller Hill Dental is my favorite Dental office to go to. The office staff are always so friendly, and courteous. You Never feel out of place! Dr. Kaake and his Team, do their best to make sure you are never in any pain, and that is why i will always come back, even if they are a 45 minutes away from home.

After several years of procrastination, I made an appointment to have some much needed work done. In retrospect, I wish I wouldn't have waited so long... however, as soon as I walked in, ALL my anxiety and apprehension disappeared IMMEDIATELY! Every staff member was friendly and courteous to me and I could tell that a smile was behind every mask!

I highly recommend Miller Hill Dental. They welcome you with a smile all the time. They are not there just to make money, you know they care because you will feel it, they are sincere in helping you resolve your dental issues. Book an appointment and prove it yourself.

Miller Hill Dental is a great place with great people!

First thing you notice is that their office is in a beautiful spot, and then you notice how nice the building is inside. At the reception desk, you are greeted by two of the nicest, friendliest people you could hope to meet - Chris and Hannah. After that, when you go to your first appointment - a cleaning and examination - you may be guided into the dental area by Jackie, the friendly dental assistant who makes you feel welcome and at home. Pretty soon, you may be joined by Rebecca, one of the best dental technicians you will ever meet and have working on your teeth. Then, most likely, you will meet one of the best dentists you will ever meet, Dr. Gregory Kaake. His warm, friendly and personal treatment of you will make you feel like you've just met one of the nicest people in the world (and, by the way, he is!). But not only that, he is an excellent Dentist, very intelligent, caring and knowledgeable in the field of Dentistry. He and the staff will work to make your time there as comfortable and positive as possible. I can speak from experience because, like most of you, I hate dental pain! But Dr. Kaake and staff are sensitive to your needs and he puts novocaine or something to numb the gums before he ever puts the injection of novocaine in so in most cases, you never even feel the injection go in, and if you do, you might be aware of it but there is no pain. Plus, he and the staff always tell you to alert them right away if you feel pain or discomfort. That is very reassuring. That and everything else makes the whole dental experience at Miller Hill just that much better and more positive! And if you are able to chat with them when there is a break in the procedure, you will feel like you are having a conversation with people you really like because they are all so nice and friendly. Sometimes, it gets so good, I have to stop and remind myself that I am having dental work done and not having coffee and conversation with friends. That is how great they all are!

The other staff I haven't mentioned, I may not have had enough experience with but I can tell you I have no worries there because I know they are all just as great as the staff I already know and have experience with because Dr. Kaake and his staff hire the best people to work there as far as friendliness and knowledge, manner and intelligence go. They are a great bunch of people! And now there is a great new dentist there, Dr. Christina Carter whom I've met and who is very nice. She's got a good eye and can spot a problem right away. Plus, the staff tell me she is a much needed addition to the staff as Dr. Kaake (whom I might mention is one of the hardest working and most dedicated dentists I've ever seen!) works so hard that he needs another Dentist so that he can take time off to rest and relax, which his staff says he really needs. That is how dedicated he is to his work making sure his patients get the best dental/medical treatment they can get. Good thing Dr. Carter is there now because we patients wouldn't want him to get so worn out that he can't practice the great dentistry that he does!

All-in-all, your experience at Miller Hill Dental will be among, if not the best, dental/medical experience you've ever had! To me it is the all-around best dental experience I've ever had! But, don't take just my word for it - become a patient soon and you will see what I mean and what they mean when they say, Miller Hill Dental means, "Smiles on the Hill"! Sincerely, Jennifer F.

My experience at Miller Hill Dental was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the hospitality is superb. As someone with a career in designing/building commercial facilities, I've been very pleased by the soothing atmosphere within Miller Hill Dental - particularly the waiting area and the treatment rooms.

More importantly, the staff within Miller Hill Dental are the very best I've experienced at any dental office. They actually make me look forward to going to the dentist! :-)
