I have been coming to Piedmont Dental since 2007, and I have enjoyed it all of these years. The dental hygienists are very thorough and friendly to talk with. Dr. Nash is awesome and remembers the details of my life that I talked about with him from the last time we visited. I really appreciate that the staff take the time to remember their patients and the details that they share.

They were kind enough to accept my daughter and I as new patients and from beginning to end of our visit they were kind and explained everything as they did it. Patty was amazing so sweet and thorough with my cleaning. I am absolutely using them again for my dental needs. Dr. Nash was great explaining and talking to us not at us. There really needs to be more people like that. All in all our visit was all you would hope for no monkey business or unnecessary charges and procedures.

I had hands down, the BEST experience with this dental office. Every staff member was awesome to work with. Especially Dr. Ecker. My favorite thing about working with her was how I could tell she was honest and that she really cared. They made me feel so comfortable and took great care of my teeth. I also should mention I have always hated going to the dentist, so this is a big deal for me. Couldn't recommend this dental office enough!

Both the dental hygienist and my dentist are excellent! This hygienist was new to me and she did a great job. My dentist is someone I've seen for a long time. She is excellent. She remembers all sorts of information about my care and my personal life too. Both are kind, gentle and I would highly recommend them.

Hygienists do a great job with cleanings. They are very thorough. Have always had a good experience there. **Update 2/17/23** A family member had a dental emergency. I had called around to a few places but there was no availability to get him in within the next 5 days. Although He was not a current client, they had a cancellation and got him in right away. He will be having an emergency procedure done on Monday. So thankful!

I came in during the blizzard. I was immediately greeted by a friendly voice.
I had bad experiences in my childhood with the dentist (never had novocaine). I made that known and was very tense. Everyone made an effort to help with that.
The dentist and dental assistant who helped me were awesome and tried to alleviate my concern.
The scheduler was accommodating and kind as well.
Finally when I left the woman who greeted me in my arrival asked me how my appointment went, in a somewhat busy lobby. Her remembering me and asking me let me know I wasn't just a number.

Can’t say enough good things! The office staff (Heather & Danielle) and the hygienist (Donna) and Dr. Eck were all so wonderful!! Felt comfortable and looking forward to going back. Highly recommend this practice!
