I recently had a “first appointment “ at Forever Smiles in Glencoe. It was a great experience. My hygienist Denise was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly as she went. I literally had no questions after my visit. Everything from sign-up to leaving the office was quick and efficient. I would recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new dentist. Hopefully you’ll feel as comfortable and confident in them as I already do.

My father had his false teeth made here then moved 300 miles away a few months later. He then broke his false teeth. I found a lab that could do the repair only a few miles from my father. I then called Forever Smiles and explained that I hoped my father wouldn't have to drive 300 miles to have Forever miles order the repair. After conversations with front desk staff, they put me in touch with their clinic manager, Stacy. Stacy was wonderful. She sent the necessary paperwork to the lab near my father and took care of everything. Stacy gets a 5 STAR rating for her willingness to listen to the unusual situation with my father moving so far away and her going above and beyond to not just follow "policy" and make my father drive back and forth. Thank you Stacy!

The billing specialist did not bother to even check on how much my insurance would pay for my filling. I had to pay the full amount with money that I don't have. Did not accept my offer on payment plan. She was very rude. Most medical places bill insurances first. Then send a bill. I am not happy with your accountant. And I expect what the insurance pays to be refunded back to me.

I am so happy that my family decided to switch to this dental practice! We have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Chris Ibberson, hygienists, dental assistants and reception staff. I feel that the staff really cares about each patient and their dental health. For the initial exam they spent the necessary time to take numerous detailed photos, X-rays, and completed perio charting. As someone who has previously worked for a dental office I appreciate the extra effort made to make sure each exam and cleaning is as thorough as possible. They really go above and beyond.
In addition to their amazing staff their office is also equipped with state of the art dental equipment. I really appreciate the extra touches like being able to watch a movie while I got a crown done, being offered a blanket when it was a little bit chilly, and being offered a hot towel after having my teeth air polished. Little things like that aren't necessary but make the dentist office experience as comfortable as possible.
