Dr. Goolsby and his team do an amazing job on every level. From the moment you walk in the door the staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I had Angel when I went in for a teeth cleaning and I loved talking with her and felt so at ease during the entire cleaning. Dr. Goolsby came in for the last 5 minutes of my appointment to look over my teeth and he sat down and actually took the time to get to know me before looking at my teeth. Highly recommend this dentist!

My mother, my son and I all go to Borealis Dental Studio for our dental needs. The place is warmly decorated and the entire staff is very welcoming. Dr. Goolsby has a great sense of humor that lightens up the mood. I was anxious at first, because my last dentist appointment was 20 years ago. That anxiety quickly disappeared because the staff is friendly, helpful and nonjudgmental. Three visits and they got everything done that I needed. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Borealis Dental Studio

Friendly staff. Everything was explained to me. I am at the age where my crowns have to get replaced. No pain at all. Also go to cleanings twice a year. I highly recommend Borealis Dental Studio for all dental needs.

I came to this place about 3 years ago. Needed a few cavities filled and a couple root canals and caps. I am now in the hands of multiple specialists. And am losing all my teeth. The dentist that did my caps had quit a few weeks before the 2 caps broke the first time. Dr goolsby replaced the 2 broken caps in a hurry. And i could tell he wasnt to happy about doing free work. Even though it was his staff that caused the problem. After he installed or replaced the 2 broken caps. I complained about pain when i bite down on those two teeth. They told me it was impossible to have pain , because they did a root canal. They ignored the pain. And the infection. After 2 visits to the ER in Osceola i tried to have Dr. goolsby make good on his work and fix the problem.

What i got was completely out of line. He proceeded to tell me there is no infection as my entire jaw was swollen. He then felt that if he told me about my medication I am on so loud every one in the office could here as well as patients. And then told me how this medication makes me grind my teeth and that’s why my jaw is swollen. Not because of infection.

I landed in the ER again. And was referred to a different dentist by the doctor. I took the doctors advice and went to get a second opinion. While in the middle of all this pain going on. One of the 2 caps Dr Goolsby replaced had broken again. I called his office and Kim at the front desk informed me what they are to do if I called them. Mr. Goolsby got on the phone and told me that i didnt take his advice that i grind my teeth and had no infection and because i had seen another dentist he wasnt going to see me or fix my broken cap. And once again denied infection.

Over 10 grand i spent in there office. And i now get to pay someone els to remove and replace there 2 caps. Although only one of them broke for the second time. I have to have them taken out if they can’t correct the root canal. The periodontist said the infection underneath the caps had been in there so long it had eaten my bone and spread to the other teeth on my bottom row. In total 8 teeth had gotten infected.

It has taken me a long time to navigate threw all this as Im not made of money. But Iam currently working with all the proper lawers and specialist im only 40 years old and am about to be showing up at my kids baseball games with no teeth because i trusted these people.

Dont let it happen to you! Find another dentist! Your mouth depends on it!

These guys are truly amazing. I have been to so many dentists where they are way too rough on my small mouth, or just simply not very friendly. The only reason my mouth hurts from leaving this place is because I’m smiling and laughing so much! The whole team is so friendly! I now Look forward going to the dentist. :)

Sean and one of his staff also stayed late for me when i was Having tooth pain. They were so kind to me during my first dental emergency, they took care of me and my experience was pain free.

Honestly, these guys are my favorite and i will Forever have them as my Dental team!

Despite regular dental care elsewhere I was facing major dental work when I walked into Borealis Dental Studio. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Renee at the front desk made navigating insurance, co-pays, and appointments easy. I've seen Kathy and Angel, both are thorough yet gentle hygienists Dr. Goolsby put me at ease and gave me a beautiful smile with no pain; the ability to make crowns right there and his talent are top notch. Last but not least Mandy is a dental assistant extraordinaire!

Came in for an exam because my wisdom teeth were hurting, both Dentists made me feel comfortable about the upcoming extractions and I am no longer nervous about it. I also got my first filling done in a long time today and it was actually a pleasant experience.
