Was nice at first they made a plan. I prepaid on the plan for the first procedures. Went in for appointment and he did something totally different. Midway through appt they sat me up and the front desk lady comes with a $1600 bill to be paid before I go. On top of the $588 I prepaid. Since I didn't have the money he slapped in a temporary filling and said come back when you can afford to pay. Now I have a bone infection teeth that hurt so bad plus the tooth he worked on. Now I'm suffering so bad and if they would of stuck to there plan I wouldn't be in this much pain. And they don't care.

As I waited in the reception area for my appt. I thought to myself how "homey" and relaxed I felt. WAIT! I'm at the dentist and this should not be!
Well, it is. A very inviting front desk and staff coupled by a very friendly, caring and professional team of Dentists and Techs make the visit to Borealis a happily anticipated event.

Very pleased. So glad we switched to Dr Goolsby. Friendly, funny staff. Also the first dentist I have had that understood my dislike of my discolored front tooth (caused by an 18 year old filling) and gave me OPTIONS. Previous dental partners told me I had one option only at a cost of 7,000. Dr Goolsby will be fixing the one tooth (my wish) for so much cheaper, plus insurance pays for some.

New to the area, and wanting to switch to a more convenient location closer to home, I received a postcard in the mail and decided to try Borealis Dental and Dr. Goolsby. Best decision ever! From Renee at the front desk, to Mandy the dental assistant to Dr. Goolsby, I received nothing but kindness, compassion and incredible care. Also, Dr. Goolsby is hilarious! If a dentist can make you laugh while your sitting in a dental chair with a front tooth missing you know your in good hands 😉 Everyone was personable, patient, explained everything thoroughly making me feel comfortable and at ease. I had an emergency with an old crown coming out...on one of my front teeth! They got me in right away and the same day I left with a beautiful new crown and could smile proudly again! Thank you Dr. Goolsby and team for a great experience. I highly recommend Borealis Dental.

I have a lot of anxiety about dental visits. I broke a tooth eating lunch one day at work. I have heard good things about Dr. Goolsby so I gave him a call. He was able to see me that day to take a look. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal. Dr. Goolsby did a great job calming my anxieties. I have had simple fillings in the past that hurt and I was sure that a root canal would be worse. I was amazed that there was no pain during the procedure! Dr. Goolsby was great! I am so happy that I gave him a chance. I highly recommend him as a dentist.
