I recently moved and was in search of a knowledgeable dentist. Little did I know that I would enjoy coming to my dentist appointments. This ought to tell you how happy I am with their customer service. From the moment I stepped in they were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Robin, Hailey, Michelle and Dr. Hodd are all amazing. 5 stars and I just started care with them. I highly recommend this place. My sister will be a patient soon- yay! :)

Receptionist and hygienist were very friendly and helpful. However, I was immediately off put by how the dentist spoke to her employees. They were behind scheduled and rushed through my appointment and were not even able to polish my teeth at the end of my cleaning. The dentist exclusively spoke to her assistant and never once asked me if I was comfortable or explained what she was doing. Overall I just didn’t get a good vibe from the office and I will not go back.

The staff at Minneapolis Dental take polite and professional to a whole new level. Robin was incredibly helpful from the beginning, and helped get me scheduled promptly. In addition, she outlined all of the directions and procedures perfectly prior to my visit. During my visit, the dental hygienist assigned to me was kind, warm and communicated during the entire process. I personally love the dentist, and dental cleanings, but for someone that might have been apprehensive, she took the patience, and extra time to explain and discuss what she was doing as she worked on my cleaning.
After my cleaning, my exam with Dr. Hodd was very thorough, complete, and comfortable. We joked and laughed, and discussed my treatment plan (which I was already prepared for due to some increase stress working in healthcare during a pandemic with COVID = grinding!). I felt very confident and in agreement with the discussion and plan.
After my visit, it was discovered that my dental insurance is not a participating plan with Minneapolis Dental. After the incredible care and experience, from my first phone call through my visit, I still plan to continue care and treatment with Minneapolis Dental! To say I was thoroughly impressed would be an understatement. An incredible team of professionals dedicated to top notch dental care!

I absolutely love this dentist! The front desk is very welcoming and the hygienist was friendly. Dr. Lorrie Hodd did a great job and explained dental terms in a way I could understand. This office makes the experience feel personal and meaningful, in their newly renovated space! I would definitely recommend them for a primary dental office!

Dr. Hodd has been treating me ever since she took over her practice from Dr. Braasch many years ago. She has installed inlays and crowns as well as coatings on my front teeth. Her latest inlays and crowns have been ceramic, which were done in one-trip visits. As a result of her professional care, I still have all of my teeth, except for two wisdom teeth which were removed some time ago. I certainly appreciate the professional care from Dr. Hodd and her staff.

Best Customer Service I’ve Ever Had Starting With Robin She Goes Above And Beyond For You, Weather It’s From Getting Your Insurance To Work Or Having A Lovely Chat She Was Simply Amazing She Will Make Sure Everything Is Ok She Wants The Best For You And You Can Tell Right When You Walk Into The Door How Much She Loves Her Job And Taking Care Of All The Patients I Saw Coming In. Dr.Hodd I Would Say Is The Best Dentist Hands Down In The MidWest Region She Gets Stuff Done Weather Its Getting A New Set Of Veneers Done Or Spotting An Issue On The X-Ray Taken By Haley I Love How Dr.Hodd Takes Charge And If It’s Not Up To Her Standards She Will Go Back In And Make It PERFECT I’ve Been Seeing Dr.Hodd For Years And I’ll Put Her Toe To Toe With Other Doctors And She Would Win Everything Time I Absolutely Am Blown Away By Her Work. Haley Made Me Feel So Relaxed Getting My Teeth Cleaned And Getting X-Rays She Is Super Friendly And She Just Wants To Make Your Day!! She Tells You What She’s Doing Every Step Of The Away And I Love That!! So If Anyone Is Looking For A Place To Go Go Down And See These 3 They Have Changed My Dentist Experience Upside Down And Found My New Dental Place!! I’d Give It 10 Stars If I Could Thanks Ladies!!
