After not going to the dentist for a couple years, i was extremely nervous. Due to my insurance i had few options for dental
clinics. based off my experience i have enjoyed every single time. Lucky is amazing, and doesn’t try to scam or do anything that is unnecessary. He is very caring, and helpful. He explained every step of the way and after every filling i’ve gotten with him, i’ve never had pain or issues. He also let me know if I had issues to call right away and they’d be taken care of. I believe any place can have bad experiences, but for someone who was scared of the dentist, they do a great job. They are indeed over staffed, so i would recommend getting an appointment early in the morning to avoid long wait times.

The front desk workers are the worse , when you call to make an appointment; they answer the phone then hang up or tell you to wait just to end the call. very unprofessional!!!! DO BETTER!!

They have been very kind and efficient which made having extensive dental treatment so much easier. I trust them. The only thing is that then they may have grown fast or they are short staffed for the phones. Even the mailbox is full often. It calls for a bigger space at the front desk.

I wish I could have given this place 0 stars. This is the most unorganized facility I’ve ever been to. The services was terrible. I had a cavity filled,3 weeks ago and I’m still in pain. In the process of filling my cavity the dentist (lucky) numb the wrong gym for the tooth he had to fill. The excruciating pain I went through, wow!! The only thing I could do was cry. After their mistake I was told my teeth would be sensitive for a month. I would never recommend this place to human being.

Was searching for a dental clinic that would care about me and I found it at TwinCare Dental. The staff are all very friendly. The hygienists are very professional and caring. They will treat you with respect and without judgment.
There can be a small wait to get a teeth cleaning appt., but they have dental therapist named Lucky who only does cavity fillings and other procedures, so those types of appointments are readily available. Lucky is very kind and very good at his job.
I would give them 5 stars, but it is not in the best area and being under a bridge and next to a bus station and the Hennepin County Dhs it can be a little sketchy at times. I've not experienced anything horrible (panhandling, smoking, etc.), but more timid folks might feel intimidated.

Have a bad tooth ache and they had me wait a week. I took them till a day before to make sure they even take my insurance and they call me less then 24/hours away from my appointment to just randomly cancel. They are incompetent. Dont waste my time when I'm in pain I could have seem another dentist they dont know how to do their job.
I can almost guarantee that almost all of the 5 stars are fake, dont waste your time here.

Great staff up front with prices dentist is very friendly and cares. This dentist isn’t about the almighty dollar She cares. Refreshing to find that these days.
