Commerce Drive Dental

I've been going to this dentistry when it was located in lower North Kato - about 40 years ago. It's a state of the art facility, professional and friendly staff, never have to sit long in the waiting room, and their work is exceptional.

Top notch dental care as always. I've been a customer of Commerce Drive Dental for many years and I stick with them because of care I get, and the professionalism of the staff . They will always be my dentists. Keep up the great work Dr. Jernberg.

My experience was absolutely amazing. They are so great here, I have the worst dental anxiety (or so I thought) I have never felt more safe, calm, comfortable and informative of what was happening with my procedure. They are the kindest team of dentists and assistants and hygienists. I feel honestly lucky to have found such an amazing dentist to call my teeth dr :)

Very nervous about getting a crown, but Dr Kuryla was fabulous, talked me through the entire procedure and it was pain free!! She is the best!! Also Pam the dental hygienist was excellent, very attentive to my needs, they both made sure I was comfortable the entire visit.

We had an excellent visit with my hygienist and dentist! My children (ages 3 and 5) came out of their appointments saying and I quote “This is the best day! I love going to the dentist”. We have been going to Commerce Drive Dental for years and have loved everyone we have seen there!

My doctor is wonderful. She is so sweet, caring, and thorough. Listened to all my concerns and made the right choices for me. I would never go anywhere else again. Dr. Kuyper is amazing.

I was referred to this office by a coworker of mine. I am so glad this is the practice I ended up going with. My interaction started with the receptionist, Dawn, who was very patient and authentic in kindness during our phone conversation. I had a lot of issues with my past history for dental work and scheduling issues, so much so, I felt like a burden. However, Dawn reassured me through her kindness and patience, that all was well and soon my worries subsided. By the end of the conversation, I felt as if I'd known Dawn for years! We were laughing and joking around through all the difficult details. I chalked this up to this simply being her personality and the practice was lucky to have such a person on their welcoming committee. I would soon find out, luck has had nothing to do with it, but instead, whoever is in charge of hiring the personal at this office can truly read people and knows the good ones, scooping them up. EVERY SINGLE PERSON at this practice is amazing... is authentic... is kind... and patient. I have had a total of 4 visits now between me and my son and every one of them I end up leaving with the feeling of just having visited old friends. They go above and beyond every time! An example of this would be today. Julie, the hygienist, was scheduled for cleaning my teeth and I had to bring my 5 year old son with me. I was concerned that I wasn't going to be able to interact with him due to the teeth cleaning and she may become annoyed with him. However, it was quite the opposite! She interacted with him and was having a fun time doing it. She let him put his face right up into mine where she was working, so he could observe the process of the teeth cleaning and while he did this, she would explain why and what she was doing so he could learn. She also was the main points of entertainment for my son and, once again, she did this with a loving heart. She explained the different type of birds outside the window to him, she showed him he could see the big tooth, named Chip, outside the window and pointed Chip's location out to my son, she asked what he wanted to do when he was older (which he replied he wanted to be a dentist doctor or firefighter) and basically... she interacted with him the entire time with no problem. At the end, she even gave him a pair of gloves and a mask to play dentist/doctor at home with. This is just one of the four appointment I have had at this office and every one of these appointments was just as amazing. When my son had his teeth cleaning, the lady made it fun. The last dentist my son had, literally had me holding his arms down while he was in tears, not wanting to go through the process, and dove in trying to hurry through the process...no patience, no slow down and calming of nerves. This office was polar opposite of that experience, he was having fun he was excited to learn he loved it so I loved it! I have never had a bad dental experience throughout my life (well, there was ONE) but for the most part, It's just been neutral we'll say. However, when I was in my early twenties I was blessed to have an amazing dentist. His personality is what I have held every practice to since then, and I've never come across it until now! Ten years later, I have finally found my replacement for the dentist I had lost so many years ago. However it's not just the dentist that's amazing this time, it's the entire personnel of this office... EVERY SINGLE ONE.

Denied my wife the opportunity to initially go back in office with our 3 year old son. They ultimately came out to get her because he fought them and would not let them look at his teeth. When she got back there he was in the room by himself. Very displeased with experience no child should be in the doctors office of any kind without their parents. We are no longer going here.

The team at Commerce Drive Dental is always very professional and kind. Let's face it, most of us don't enjoy dental work, but it was pain free and I was very comfortable during my last procedure. Thank you to Dr. David Clause & staff!
