unprofessional, uncaring . make appointment were the front desk sent me ,on the blue post it note . They sent me to the dental associate in savage. To start over making appointment in so much pain I can't think. So disappointed in these humans and there lack of humanity. They can care less. I hope u can't die from abscess tooth I have waited 4, one month for appointment. My first bad review. Does not feel good to give. My night will be alot worse then there's with my review.

This is our new dental office!! We just left our appointment at Horizon Dental Care, my daughter had her 6th month check-up & cleaning. This was our first visit there as we had to change dentists due to insurance. The office is very warm & calming, staff is very friendly and helpful, hygienist was thorough, friendly and informative, and Dr. Mahajan was thorough and informative as well! I'm so relieved to find a wonderful dentist close to home! Thank you!

Dr. Mahajan was extremely accommodating to what I needed done. I couldn't give him & his team enough praise in writing! I was having terrible tooth pain & couldn't find a provider to work with my county insurance.. Until I found this hidden gem. I was fit into his schedule very quickly, as it was an emergency. He answered all questions that I had so that I could understand every step of the process as it was going to happen. I was comfortable & at ease through my whole root canal procedure. He seemed to exhaust all options he could before having to make you pay for something you don't need. Again, thank you & your team for all that you do!

If I could leave negative stars I would! The communication is EXTREMELY poor! I was also lied to as well. Saying they had sent my records over to the place THEY refured me to but had not done so! I was not able to get any cleaning done on my teeth because of wait time and I had to have multiple doctors ask for my records numerous times! I had a wisdom tooth emergency case and they just brushed me off and didn't help with anything for comfort. They should not be up and running. It was also the most uneducated people I have ever met.

Referred me to someone who can actually do dental work after not listening and telling me it's a different tooth. Turns out they can't do the work here if there is an issue. Hey, if I know my own body and know which tooth hurts, don't tell me that you need to remove a different tooth next to it. I touch this tooth, it hurts. The other one is fine. Would have been nice to know you can't do filing, root canal, or crown work here. Glorified teeth cleaners here.

We will definitely not be back. My kids did not like this dentist. The dentist and assistant didn’t explain very well what was wrong and then it took my repetitive calling to get an explanation regarding the work needed. I was also supposed to be given a referral for an orthodontist which I haven’t seen either.

I am so disappointed..It seem like this place was hungry for the money..I got my Partials in 4 days. You would think that was good, well that are uneven. I needed work done, The doctor wouldn't clean my teeth because he said that I needed a Deep cleaning first before he would clean my teeth..Well I mind you the deep cleaning was 500.00...I am getting a second opinion..

I sent my son to this dental office to address a chipped front tooth and to have a cleaning and dental exam. His chipped tooth wasn't touched and he didn't get his teeth cleaned or have an exam. Instead he left the office with a quote for $660.00 for a deep cleaning around his retainer bar! Very dissatisfied!
