I have had a wonderful experience with Dental Health Care Center over the last few years! Both the hygienists and the dentists are wonderful. They clearly explain what they are doing and any treatments they recommend, but are not at all pushy in trying to get you to undergo certain treatments (unlike some dentists I've visited!).
They are also great with kids. My five-year-old has been going there since her first visit, and loves going to the dentist because of them.

I have been a patient with Dr Woell since 2008. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. The quality of dentistry and employees is outstanding and very caring.
I travel from Grand Rapids just to see them. All of the hygienists are top quality, through while still being gentle. This is a well managed office and I highly recommend it.

By far and away the best dental care provider I have ever encountered in my life. My fraternal grandparents (since gathered unto God), my parents, sister, and other extended family members (3 generations of my family) have been loyal patients here since before I was born. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
PS Please be mindful of the nearby roundabouts along the way. They can be "interesting" to those who are uninitiated and unaccustomed to them.

Having an incredibly strong and embarrassing gag reflex, I didn't think I'd ever be excited to go to the dentist. Debbie (and the entire staff) at Dental Health Care are so professional, clean and GOOD at what they do, I no longer stress out when I have to make an appointment. Accommodating and full of information, every step of each procedure was explained to me. I greatly recommend this Dental office to anyone with (or without) teeth; especially to those that are nervous when going somewhere to let a total stranger stick their hands in your mouth.

Best office staff -Shelby,Sarah and Jamie. I called them a hundred times with all kinds of questions regarding my wisdom teeth removal and billing -they answered them.all very patiently and called me back every single time.
Went for my extraction and everything was well organized and clean . The doctors were all wearing double masks and gave me all my options with patience.
I couldn't be happier with Dr Long . He was very quick and caring. Explained to me everything and guided me with all the info that I might need.
Highly recommend Dr Long and this clinic .

This was my first visit to DHCC. Every single person I encountered was friendly and had a smile on their face. Very comfortable atmosphere. My hygienist Amanda was tremendous and engaging, and Dr. Long was great. I scheduled my 6 month follow-up immediately based on my experience. Thank you!

I just called to ask if i could make and appointment for preventive care. The first thing they asked its for insurance. I told her i have MNSure insurance. She said, that they didnt accept that. Then i ask her, Would you take my BlueCross BlueShield Insurance? She responded, we do not take any state Insurance. What does that mean? Then i insisted, would you take an out of pocket payment thru my debit card or my carecredit? She said no...she said no. We do not take any state insurance.. its this normal? any opinions or help. I just wanted to get a cleaning.
I just felt like i was rejected service even thou I have everything that's needed.
I was planing on transferring my whole family to that dentist but at this moment. I am disappointed with the service. They dont want my insurance nor my cash payment or cards. I am confused. The first time this happens to me. I am mindblown.smh.

Family was moved to DHCC when our dentist retired at the end of 2020. Couldn't be more unhappy with this place. The staff is rude and unhelpful and their billing system is a disaster. Please don't go here if you want a nice dentist office. Can't imagine why Dr. Berg thought it would be a good idea to transfer his patients to this awful place.

Everyone I have encountered here is super helpful and personable. I saw Dr. Elizabeth Woell Rhode and WOW I have never had a better experience than with her. After seeing her only once she knew me by name and even after my appointment she called me personally more than a few times to see how I was doing and make sure I didn't have any follow up questions. I had an extraction on one tooth done and she made it so easy. She and her assistant(terrible of me to not remember her name I think it was Margaret maybe) during the procedure made sure I was comfortable at all times, checking in with me frequently. I could not ask for a better experience and I will be making this my new dental office! Thank you! - Dana
