Disappointed. I received a call that my regular cleaning appointment for two weeks from now, which was scheduled 6 months ago at the end of my last cleaning needs to be rescheduled because the hygienist has chosen to not come back to the office. Next available appointment for cleaning...DECEMBER 2. I'm not quite clear why they can't schedule a different hygienist for my appointment? But, when asked that question the rude receptionist informed me that they are all scheduled out and none of their hygienists have any more availability. So...my appointment which was scheduled 6 months ago, is now pushed out another 4.5 months while they continue to accept other (new) appointments... because I was unlucky to be scheduled with an employee of theirs that decided to leave the office? Seems like a pretty screwed up system. Not to mention, it might be time to find someone that books appointments with a little better personality and customer service skills...no apology, not cordial, no offer to put me on a waiting list...NOTHING. Plain old rude! Embarrassing I've been with this office for 20+ years and get treated like that. If you are looking for a dentist, you may consider going elsewhere as longevity gets you nowhere with these office (or at least this receptionist).

We are new clients here, my son (7) went to Dr. Joseph. I am really impressed with her! She calmed my VERY nervous son down, was incredibly kid friendly and made sure he was fully comfortable before proceeding with anything. The assistants were just as friendly, and it seems they have a very good example to follow! I’m so grateful for the services they provided, especially because even after an extraction my kiddo looks forward to going back!

Very disappointed in our visit to Apollo Dental. Staff is very blah and not very friendly. We went into this appointment not knowing if the insurance we have would not cover the 2 extractions or cover some of it. That was fine. We were prepared to pay regardless. When we found out that it didn't, I simply asked if they do payment plans and the lady never came back with an answer. It was just a question as extractions are pretty pricey. I never once made it sound as if we wouldn't pay one way or the other. After the extractions were complete we were escorted to desk to check out. The lady who brought us to the counter and the lady standing at the entrance to the billing area were clearly communicating via looks. The lady who escorted us to the desk mouthed the words "it will be fine" to the lady standing in the billing entrance area. To me I felt as if they thought we were going to bolt out the door without paying. I felt that we were being watched very closely. We had no problem paying the $310. Not impressed at all. I understand that maybe some people may not pay their bill, but they should make sure that they don't treat people automatically as if they are not going to. The stares coming from the lady in the entry to the billing area were uncalled for and very belittling. If she was in question as how payment was going to be made, maybe she should have came out and talked to us while the extractions were being done or before they even started. Unprofessional and we will not return there. I wish I would have read the reviews before we decided to go there, but after reading them now, I realize this was a poor choice for a dentist.

I've gone to Apollo Dental for years. I've always been treated courteously and with respect by everyone there. I've had different hygienists over the years. All have been personal and most importantly, good at what they do. My dentist has been there a long time and remembers previous conversations we've had, whether personal or dental related. I'm very pleased with the service I receive at Apollo.

Had overall been satisfied at Apollo. Recently I was told I had some decay under one of my teeth. I had no pain or discomfort and had no idea there was an issue there until they told me about it. I also had no idea that they would drill out and hollow 2 teeth to fix it. I only had the side walls of my teeth left after that. It would have been nice to know they were going to do that rather than find out the hard way and still wonder if it was necessary to do it like that. After 25 years I have switched my family to somewhere else.

I've been seeing Dr. Berscheid for over a decade. She's such a pro, as is the rest of the hygienists and staff. They are are always friendly, efficient, and I like how they explain every step along the way. I recently had my first cavity in years, and the process was painless and easy.

I have been going to apollo dental for over 10 years. I absolutely love my hygienist and dentist. They take time to answer questions and tailer the visit to my individual needs. Always quick about getting me in and do a good job including providing education at a level I understand and can participate in decision making. They provide a discount if you pay in cash too. What are you waiting for....schedule your appointment today.

Apollo called day of my appointment saying I needed to reschedule because my hygienist was “out of the office.” When I rescheduled, they asked which hygienist I wanted to see. When I said the same hygienist that I had been scheduled for, they said, “That is the problem. She doesn’t work here anymore.” They could have told me this before the day of my appointment and then not been coy about why they had to reschedule. Don’t trust them and will be looking for new dentist!

The receptionist here are absolutely disgusting. The behavior circulating in that room is absolutely horrible. The dentist themselves are great and nice people. But there is no reason for a receptionist to have an attitude, or throw things at there client. You can call me whatever you please but please keep your emotions intact when it comes to your job. It’s not a good look on your company either.

I will be contacting anyone I can to hear my story. But the negligence of this dentist landed my 8 year old in the hospital. I will be finding a new dentist. If I could put negative stars I would. Do not take your kids here. The appointment staff are insensitive and beyond rude.
