I've been to Broadway Dental 2 or 3 times over the last 5 plus years. My most recent visit was fantastic. Mercedes did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I would highly recommend her services. The front desk was friendly. The new location is much better. And they were able to get me in quickly.

If you are looking for a dentistry in Rochester, Broadway Dental Care is the place to go. Mercedes is a wonderful hygienist that gets to know her clients. She does such a thorough cleaning and educates on the importance and frequency of hygiene. The entire office is friendly and does their best to accommodate the clients. I highly recommend this office.

I’ve been a patient of Broadway Dental for 20+ years and have always been happy with the Dr. Gallagher and his staff. After he retired, I was a little uncertain about working with another dentist and all new staff. As it turns out there was no need to be. I’ve had work done by both Dr. Nordblom and Dr. J and they are both very friendly and professional. They take their time explaining everything and have made my visits as pleasant and painless as possible. Their front office staff, dental assistants and Debbie (hygentist) have been great to work with as well. I’ll continue on being a patient at Broadway Dental and highly recommend their services!

The hygienists are amazing, they make sure you are feeling ok even for me who is a little frantic when it comes to going to the dentist. I recently had an accessed tooth pulled, they worked with me through my anxiety with needles and made sure the gas was working and I was feeling ok before the extraction. Dr. J is a great Dentist he's also a pretty good comedian, he had me laughing while he was pulling my tooth, hows that for service! I have also went through the teeth whitening process! Everyone at Broadway Dental Care from the receptionists, to the Hygienists and Dr. J are awesome, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Jayakar has a thoughtful patient-centered approach for reviewing care options & discussing personal goal(s) of oral health, both current & future. Another highlight to note of my care experience: During the final appointment for the insert and securing of the permanent crowns, he & Dental Assistant Emily unhurriedly attended to the finishing assessments & touches to ensure my satisfaction & comfort with the results. I was very pleased! I had to cancel a couple of weeks ago due to a snowstorm and they were very supportive! The day of my rescheduled appointment another snowstorm was forecasted, so I called the day before checking if there was any chance of getting in a day early and they were able to get me in, I was so thankful for that! Mercedes is the sweetest hygienist and the desk staff are wonderful!
