Phones go straight to voicemail every time we tried to call to make an appointment and make payments. Went to Dr. Florine (who Broadway Dental took over for) for 13 years without any issues but have not been able to contact anyone from Broadway Dental, yet were sent a collections notice because they've made "several unsuccessful attempts to contact US", which is completely not true. Horrible administrative management.

I recently had Dr. J put veneers in for my and I became that patient that took much longer than expected (sorry fellow patients). He took so much time in finding the right shade I'd be comfortable with and put in extra details to make them look as natural as possible. I will recommend over and over. The rest of the staff is just as awesome and caring.

I had an acute dental problem that required minor dental surgery on short notice. Dr. Jayakar (Dr J) promptly worked me into his schedule. When I arrived I was treated in a friendly, courteous, professional manner by his excellent office staff. The procedure in question does involve some discomfort, but Dr. Jayakar did an outstanding job of minimizing the discomfort. I have had an essentially identical procedure on several other occasions at a huge academic medical center that includes a dental practice that only does complicated dentistry. The discomfort I experienced under the care of Dr. Jayakar was far less than what I experienced at the huge academic practice. This is not intended as a criticism of the other practice, because I also felt the care there was excellent—instead the comparison is offered to illustrate the outstanding nature of the care I received at Broadway Dental.
