Our Dentist retired and we took the opportunity to find someone closer to home. I was blown away by the staff's assistance during my initial phone call. I had called a few other offices and did not receive the same service. I had also known of Dr. Lucy's support of the Wild Child dash, which raises scholarship money for our local nature center. Those two things gave me the confidence to schedule that first appointment. I am happy to say the staff support and care was spot on. We look forward to continuing services with this team!

Always kind, gentle and accomodating. I have had only one not so good experience and it came down to not being communicated with about the change in my appointment duration and what was going to be done. I had to cancel and reschedule. Someone didnt make the call to update me with the changes and then my appointment didn't fit into my scheduleI even after taking off work a bit early it was odd. But they do great work and are so patient and work to calm fears and anxiety.

My Wife is also a patient, she love Dr. Gores both of them! I am using Dr. Peggy Scott. She explains everything to me as she goes, I have had no surprises, I have had some minor issues that have needed more attention after the initial visit, but were taken care of quickly and friendly. I have referred several people to Lakeside, they have all had pleasurable experiences. If you are looking for a Dental office go to Lakeside, can't say enough about the staff and the doctors!

I asked so many questions and not once did I feel like I was bugging my hygienist! She was so helpful and informative! Scheduled my next appointment that day! I never want to go anywhere else!

Lakeside was recommended to me by a co-worker and based on reviews, I decided to give this place a shot. Staff was friendly, but dental services was expensive. My appointment was very brief and they did not explain what they were doing. For my treatment plan, I was told that I needed either a tooth extraction or a root canal. Deciding that I did not want any of the options, I went to a different dentistry to get a 2nd opinion, and am I glad I went. They had recommended that a filling and deep cleaning would be sufficient enough. I felt that Lakeside was not willing to explore cheaper/less extreme procedures.

I was looking for a new dentist after the dentist I used for over 35 years retired. I visited two other dental offices, but was not as pleased with the outcomes. My sister referred me to Dr. Peggy Scott of Lakeside Dentistry.
I just completed my first visit with Dr. Scott and Pam, and it was wonderful! Felt right at home when I entered, discussed some concerns and options with Pam and then Dr. Scott and, when I left, I knew I had found my new dental home! :)
