I have been going to Lake Side Dentistry for years. I have never waited for more than 10 mintues unless I was told they were running behind that particular day and they were courteous enought to let me know and to ask if that would be okay or if I would like to reschedule. As far as doctors go, I see whoever is available because they all give such excellent patient care that it doesn't matter who I see on a given appointment. The hygenists and receptionists are all very professional and polite. I've never had a bad experience there.
