Northway Dental Associates

This past week I had a routine cleaning and check up at Northway Dental. Mackenzie, the dental hygienist, was thorough, knowledgeable and very open to answering questions. Dr. Deragisch's examination was detailed and the results well communicated. Both Dr. Deragisch and MacKenzie kept up a fun conversation that made the time pass swiftly. Keep up the good work.

Lost a very large filling from years back in one of my front top teeth. I was assigned Bethany Blonigen, DDS. What a wonderful treatment and visit it was. She is a perfectionist and that is what i want as a patient. Explained what she was going to do as she went along. Can't say enough about her and her assistant. Thank You.

My visit to Northway dentists was remarkable. All the people who I seen were great. My cleaning was 100 percent better than the last time.

This review deserves zero stars. I have been going to Northway Dental Associates for years and wanted to continue since all of my records are there. Unfortunately, long ago when I had Dr. Wittenable (spelling?) for orthodontic treatment, he not only never fixed my teeth but actually caused me to have tmj problems once I became an adult. He’s long retired but I would not trust anyone they hire as an orthodontist. I later received treatment from Dr. Ben Nemeth who varified my teeth and bite were never corrected and my teeth shoved too far back into my mouth. He told me he had to fix many of Dr. Whittenable’s former patient’s teeth. Nemeth has customer service, great staff, very professional, and he fixed my teeth! Do yourself a favor and go there for orthodontics. Now, for my latest experience: my last appointment at Northway for a cleaning was negative. The receptionist was incompetent and rude. Because I was out of network for my insurance, she told me I couldn’t even be there. After explaining that I wanted to pay out of pocket, she told me it was insurance fraud to do so—which is inaccurate for those unfamiliar with billing and insurance. She basically told me to leave so I had to walk out the door and never did get my teeth cleaned. I wrote a complaint letter to both the dentist and the Business Manager, Denise who never even followed up with me. Clearly they do not care about the patient or the care one receives. Do not go here, a place that doesn’t serve its patients with courtesy and respect doesn’t deserve to be in business.

I always feel very comfortable when I go to Northway Dental. Joan ad Dr Fleming are so personal and considerate. I always recommend them to new people looking for dentist.

First visit and feel very comfortable with Dr Fleming and his staff. It was pain-free and surprisingly economical. Will be bringing my wife over from Smile City. Love how convenient it is for us in Clearwater Minnesota. Update: My wife loves them found that the other dentist was recommending treatment which wasn’t needed. Glad we found a dentist we can trust.

Had my appt for check up and cleaning today. My hygienist and Dr were great. They made me feel at ease.

Been going there for years. No matter what dentist you see they they take the time to listen your concerns. Everyone there is top notch. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience in Clearwater...from receptionist, to technician, to Dr. Deragisch. Very professional, personable and efficient! It almost made enjoy going to the dentist's office (almost :)
