It seems like I have been a patient forever at Northway and I love the doctors, office workers and everyone in the clinic. Recently Dr. Kudak retired and I now go to Dr Lehman and I thought he was great. I would give you 5 stars if you could warm up your water. Sensitive teeth do not like cold water.

I was at northway dental many many years ago, probably way back in the 90s and last time I was here, I was going to get cleaning done, and somebody (I'm not going to say the name of the person) looked at my teeth and she was rude to me saying that I need to take care of my teeth better, but in a rude way. Also, I was just reading over the reviews here using Google maps, and I seen some of the reviews about the receptionist at northway dental associates stating that the receptionist was rude. Employees are not supposed to be rude to customers, or else they will get fired eventually.
UPDATE: one more thing I have in mind about this business: I think northway cares more about money than they care about customers. (I will decide to delete this review next Monday because I don't want to make anyone feel bad)
