Had to get a tooth extracted and not only was it very inexpensive ($82 after insurance)(healthpartners wanted to charge almost $1000) but it was pain free! I even had a Squeeze toy in my hand ready and I ended up not even touching it. They took what most people would consider the biggest nightmare about going to the dentist and made it very relaxed and pain free!

I walked in with a bad tooth, got on a dental plan, took care of my problem, saved $148.00 which took care of my entire yearly dental plan subscription.
The entire staff were friendly and cheerful and I was done with in an hour.
They are definitely my new place for all dental needs

The dentists and hygienists are always amazing and super friendly, and the services provided are done well but after my phone call today I’ll be declining to go back. My insurance was reinstated as of today (so it shows up in systems as inactive until tomorrow, naturally) but I went ahead and made an appointment for tomorrow at 9:30. I get a call back hours later from a receptionist telling me I need to decide right now whether I want to move the date to the 1st of July or not because she needs to fill the spot since my insurance is inactive. She refused to keep me on my appointment and didn’t even ask if I could pay out of pocket for a cleaning (and probably assumed I couldn’t) if somehow there was an issue with insurance (which I can. It’s JUST a cleaning). I was caught incredibly off guard. Rude and put a really bad taste in my mouth.

Many people experience stress when they visit their dentist. Allow me to say that I am at the top of that list. I recently had two appointments at Smile City and I received exemplary service. Dr. Wasef was extremely professional and patient with me. He made a point of putting me at ease and at no point in time did I feel like he was rushing through my appointments. I extend my sincere gratitude to him and the three ladies who assisted him. I am also grateful to the receptionist who greeted me and assisted me in making appointments. I wish them continued success.

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, and they told me what type of insurance do I have. I replied that I have the BlueCross BlueShield, they told me they do not work with any insurance through the state of Minnesota. I then offered to schedule an appointment and I'll pay out of pocket, Melissa told me you have an insurance so we cannot do that. I also asked what type of insurance do they prefer to work with and I'll go get it; she put me on hold and then replied sorry, we are not taking any new patients, please call back in couple months:D
